Access to property from the main road was not much comfortable. Coffee maker was not clean

I do not like services fee that was charged every day.

Need update, overall it was very convenient near the highway and full breakfast is A+

As soon as I entered the room, it smells like I was in a trash dumpster.. most disgusting smell I did not enjoy my stay at all. If you are looking for nice staff and breakfast then book it. The rooms are gross. Not clean at all

The proximity to downtown Burlington was good without paying downtown prices. The property is very tired. True, it looks alright in photos and such but there is a huge difference between cosmetic repairs and foundational/structural repairs. We stayed in room 431 this past weekend. It has two queen beds. The one closest to the window, the mattress's inner springs were broken. Yes, broken. When you sit on it, it is like sitting on a sack of flour and you sink to the floor. One would think the person servicing this room would report it. This property is noisy. Not sure what could be done about it at this point but even door that opens and closes in the hall can be heard in the room. Breakfast is alright. The best thing about this property was the staff. The Comfort Inn around the corner is where we stayed last year and it shined over this property.

There were some stain on metress and then they changed our room. All rest of the service were good.

We have visited Burlington for 8+ days each summer for the past 4 years. This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. During this stay we spent 10 nights. The best way to sum up this hotel is to call it "acceptable". The rooms are on the small side and are showing the signs of a needed update. Changed rooms half way into our stay because our room was on the 3rd floor next to the ice machine which made a loud clunking noise each time someone used the ice machine. Additionally, we could hear every step the people in the room above us made. Upon request the staff moved us to a 4th floor room. This room was in much better shape and much quieter than our original room, but still very cramped. We were in a room with two queen beds. With the two beds there was very little additional room about a 2 foot gap between the beds and less than that between the base of the bed and the room furniture. The wallpaper in both rooms was peeling from the wall. This was most likely the result of the high humidity levels that the air conditioning system produced. The room always felt damp. The hotel has a nice hot breakfast, the only issue is the breakfast room is very cramped and you find yourself bumping into and constantly waiting on other guests. To sum up, I would likely stay here again if only for 1 or 2 nights, but will not stay here for an extended stay again. I have stayed at a much nicer hotel in the Burlington for approximately the same price.

awesome shower convenient to highways, clean, nice staff and restaurant next door is good.
