Decent motel
This property has very rude staff, along with staff that go through guests belongings. I had my brand new iPhone charger along with money stolen from me. When I went down to confront the workers I was given the silent treatment and told nothing was there. I request they speak to the staff member who came in to clean my room but everyone in the building began to call me a liar and tell me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
This was the worst stay, the place was dirty, it smelled, and there were fruit flies all in that bathroom. The shower drain was completely clogged so we were taking a shower while taking a bath. The front desk was screaming profanities while allowing smoking right at the front door where I have a small child walking through. Luckily, all we had to do was spend the night or else we would’ve absolutely asked for a refund. We got in there at 11 o’clock at night and left at 11 o’clock in the morning itching. 0 stars, gross place

nice and clean property
Good: The hotel is in a warehouse area, but is very convenient... between Toronto and Niagra, close to the Royal Botanical Gardens. Not so Good: We've stayed at other 6's with pleasure, but this one wasn't terrific. The first "queen" room we had was tiny, with no place to hang any clothes (except for two pegs). Knowing we were doing Niagra Falls and there was rain... we went to the front desk and they were surprised to know the "newly renovated" room had no place to hang. That wasn't going to work for 3 night stay. They were nice and moved us to another room. The first one also had maintenance issues (florescent light loose in bathroom, missing mirror).
I like to cleaning this and design of room I did not like the one staff member at front desk however one manager lady was very nice
