A person arrested the night I arrived and a dog in another room barked for two nights straight.

I tried to save a buck and booked two nights. The room smelled terrible and the halls smelled like pot. I could not stay in the room any longer and tried to cancel the second night. The front desk said since I booked with Orbitz only they could cancel the second night for me. After about 25 minutes I finally got the second night cancelled. I went up the street to a Marriott for about $30 more and a 100 times better. I should have gone there first.

The front desk worker entered my room at midnight without knocking or warning, good thing the door latch was on. Terrible experience. The room reeked of cooking spices. Never again.

Not impressed, hotel was poorly maintained, rooms smelled like an ashtray, found hairs in the bed and multiple smoke detectors with low battery beeps. The staff was apologetic and tried to accommodate but not a great stay overall

guest services non-existent. granola bars, coffee what a great continental experience. Hotel is worn out.

Used it for 1 night to attend NY Yankees v. Red Sox night game. Because of all the night time construction on 95 and 128 getting there was a hassle. Lone front desk person at 1245am was helpful and cheerful even though the Sox lost (YEAH!!!). Room was very clean as was the hotel in general. It looked well maintained. I'd stay there again but would check the construction status.

Room was not fully clean. Some of the sockets and lamps did not work. I would not stay in this hotel ever again. The staff that worked the front desk was great very very nice. They were the only enjoyable part about my stay. I would just recommend the people cleaning the rooms do a better job.

Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, bad smells in halls and lobby, TV system (via satellite) only half the channels worked.

The only problem we had was at the first night checkin, a not cleaned up room was given to us at first. The front desk persons were pretty nice, they apologized and switched us right away to a very clean room. It is adjacent to a big mall and AMC, within walking distance to supermarket. If you do not plan to stay in room at day time, it is not a bad choice. Free to go breakfast and WIFI was pretty nice.

good budget hotel. the staff are friendly. breakfast is ok. the hotel is not in the city center but the price is much cheaper than the hotels in downtown. its good for a family stay.

We booked this hotel for a summer weekend. The price was very reasonable especially compared to hotels in Boston and even the surrounding area. Arrived late after a day in Boston, check in went smooth and staff was pleasant enough. Room was reasonably clean, towels were limited to two bath and two hand towels that were a bit course and thin. A/C unit was fairly quiet for a room mounted unit, window opened but lacked screen. The overall condition of the room was solid and everything worked and was in good repair. Bed was decent but pillows where on the small and thin side. Although the room had a kitchenette it was completely bare (assume maybe because we only reserved one night?) not even a coffee maker in the room. They had coffee in the lobby but we didn't try it, there was a Starbucks a short distance away that we stopped at on our way out. Location was convenient off I-95 and surrounding area was mostly suburban business buildings and respectable retail strip malls area seemed very safe and secure. Since we were only there Saturday late to early Sunday morning we only experienced quiet surroundings. Basic assessment place was okay but nothing memorable. We have stayed in many places on the I-95 loop around Boston so we have a depth of knowledge and experience in this area. We would stay here again but it would not be our backup choice.

Decent value. Location is a bit far from Boston attractions, but convenient to nearby mall and several good restaurants.

The fridge was dirty. And there was hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom.

Clean, convenient, comfortable. The stay was good. Hotel check-in easy. Everyone was nice.

Everything was fabulous, home away from home! Will return soon!

The hotel was completely booked and check in took a while. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal packages without bowls. Rooms are spacious and nice to have a kitchen.

I like a lot! Close to everything, the room are very clean and comfortable!

The last time I stayed at the extended stay in Burlington was just like the previous times. ( and I've stayed there multiple times) . I only return because it fits my standards. Great staff (Abdul) .

The hotel is beautiful, the renovation was much needed and they did a great job. Although well staying at the hotel my heater broke the staff was great maintenance came right away identified the problem, and got me a new heating unit. I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

Relatively clean room, adequate service, good location, a bit hard to find from the turnpike, a good choice for the price.
