We were in town for a college visit. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast offered many options in a spacious area. The room could use a little maintenance - especially in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly. Food was not so good. Inexpensive. Took us with a dog. Good value.

Overall, the hotel appeared old, dingy, and smelly. However, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, and they had a TV and internet. The breakfast quality and choice was minimal.

Air conditioner was broken in our room and had to be replaced. One day housekeeping never came. Found Lipstick on pillowcase. Keys to room express 2 days early and front desk seemed put out he had to reprogram them. Breakfast was pretty sad.

I thought the price was way high for what I got, but also understand that it should have been peak season for foliage. So I guess they can ask more, but I wasn't there for the foliage.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and her friend. I guess you get what you pay for as price was the deciding factor in our choice. The room had an unpleasant odor that we decided was coming from the air conditioner but turning it off solved that problem. The pool was closed for maintenance but we were offered the option to go to another hotel to use the pool there (we did and the kids had a great time). The breakfast was free so we really can't complain. I found the person who checked us in and out to be business like, definitely not friendly. In all, not a horrible experience but we won't go back when we visit the area in a few months.

We visited our daughter at Saint Michael's College and stayed at the Day's Inn at Colchester. Very convenient location, excellent room, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will return in October and have made our reservations already. Highly recommended.

I came in from out of town to attend 8 days of class, so that I didn't have to travel the two hours from home to go to the class, and the hotel was just minutes from where my class was, so the convenience of location and the amenities in this hotel were excellent...and know that when I go back for next week, I'll have to remember my bathing suit to enjoy a swim after my class. Staff and cleanliness were outstanding, as well as everything provided within the hotel.

Great place for overnight with kids! Clean facility and friendly, accommodating staff. Perfect temp in indoor pool however, strong chlorine.

We stayed here so we could be close to Burlington. The room decor is slightly outdated, but we were paying for the convenient location. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge which was a plus for us.

Excellent and responsive staff except for housekeeping-- only got beds made and trash emptied daily. Otherwise, my stay was just fine--nice pool for my kids, decent continental breakfast and adequate parking. Neighborhood was a little sketchy though.

It was a perfect location for our visit and the breakfasts were great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful when asking for dining recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is simply past it's prime and ready for a gut out rehab. Lots of deodorant spray permeates the air from years of masking the odors. Layers of bad paint jobs and attempts at rehab. The breakfast was really bad. Not very much.. not even a bagel, just there types of loaf bread. Cereal. Yogart. Apples. Oranges. Waffles. Fake eggs. Coffee and juice. None of them appetizing. Simply a low end yet clean old worn out hotel with a sad breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our room was clean and adequate. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good.

The room was okay. I was there for a graduation across the street--can't fault the location. I was awakened way too early by the people in the room above me. There seemed to be little sound insulation--I could hear evey footstep on the creaky floorboards. If I had to stay there again it would have to be on the top floor.

The hotel is on the bus root and that was very helpful . It is very clean and the staff is wonderful. I am satisfied.

Clean hotel, staff was very helpful and the food was ok.

The front desk staff was over the top great. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff.Very clean. Descent breakfast. Comfortable rooms.Good vaue.

We had a nice stay at the Days Inn Colchester. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the price was reasonable. We would stay there again.

Thank you for your response. We apologize that you left the hotel with an experience that is anything less than delightful. Without a more descriptive list of negatives it is difficult to try and give any possible help for a future stay. We hope the next time that you stay with us, we are able to deliver a great experience!

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than comfortable. We keep daily maintenance to deal with any issues both current and preemptively. Unfortunately there are some issues that cannot be foreseen, and we are happy to have these issues taken care of immediately. Our housekeeping staff tends to all rooms daily unless; specifically told not to by the guest, or the guest has their 'Do not disturb' on. Regardless of the reason we do apologize and hope that the next time you stay with us, we are able to provide a much better experience.
