Boston Marriott Burlington

Finding out you're staying at a hotel that is in the middle of renovations is never a good experience, however, I was pleasantly surprised how well the team at the Marriott handled it. While there was some inconvenience experienced with noise and construction equipment, the staff more than made up for it and exceptional service. The front desk and the wait staff in the on-site restaurant went out of there way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. If I am ever in the Burlington area again, I would definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Boston and I am very satisfied with my stay! This is a great choice IF you have a car. Boston hotels were just too expensive -- I was able to book this hotel for more than half the price and it's only ~20 min car ride from the city! The hotel offers free parking so that's a plus! This is super close to Burlington Mall. The mall is not impressive but there are good eats like Legal Seafood, Island Creek Oysters, and etc. The room and bathroom were clean & modern. The water pressure was great. The indoor pool was spacious & the temperature was comfortable. There are two gyms: one for cardio with treadmills and ellipticals, and one for weightlifting. The hotel provides free headphones (don't get excited - it's nothing fancy) and free fruits (bananas, apples, and oranges). The things stopping me from giving a 5-star review: 1) The bed was terrible! WAY TOO SOFT. I had a queen bed in my room and I felt like I was sinking no matter where I laid down. Mind you, I am only 110 lbs. I hope they switch these out!! 2) The outdoor pool was closed because they are doing hotel renovations on the outside. The pool is closed until renovations are completed. I was definitely bummed out b/c I was hoping to get a tan (WHO DOESN'T?). I would suggest calling the hotel to see if they're done with reno if this is a deal breaker for you. 3) The AC in the gym was broken! It was like a sauna in there! Other than that... I would rebook next time in BOS!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the brunch that we added to our stay. Thanks!

What a great time. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and inviting. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was fun. Parking was close and convenient.

Hotel, room and staff excellent. Well located with a beautiful setting.

The only negative comment is the noise in the hallway seems louder than in other hotels I've stayed at.

Our check in was horrible. Bc we booked thru Orbitz, when our reservation didn't come up, the front office didn't want to give any help. Besides that, all the other staff were nice. Breakfast buffet n staff were excellent. Cool bar/club there.

At the reception / registration, we were checked in by Jose, who did not welcome us, did not make eye contact with us, did not wish us a good stay. If I hadn t been so exhausted from a long trip I would have walked out. On top of this we discovered everything in our room cost extra: WiFi, breakfast, even bottled water! We have had far better experiences at less well known hotels. I will not give any more of my business to.Marriott.

We had a great time in the pool and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We received excellent service. We had a delicious dinner at American cop bar and grill. The room was extremely clean.

The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant inside the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms and amenities were very clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

Friendly service. Room was really comfortable. Bar/restaurant was conveniently downstairs and food/music (DJ) was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place... location to my son's college.. and staff was excellent...

could not believe you have to pay extra for wifi in your room

Staying at the Marriott in Burlington Boston was beautiful . The lobby was beautiful , the rooms were beautiful and that the staff was very helpful . The rooms were also very very nice and clean . Would recommend it

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wonderful amenities. Quick and easy check-in.

Our stay was mostly pleasant. The only issue was the noise coming from neighboring room where a family with kids were staying. We notified the hotel management about the issue and they warned them in person. Noise continued time to time, but nothing much to be done. At the end of the day, kids are meant to make noise. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable.

I stayed in the Marriott Burlington as the prices were reasonable in comparison to the hotels in Boston. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, they offer free parking, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and it's close to the local mall. I had family stop by to visit and they as well were impressed with the hotel. I enjoyed my three day stay and will definitely stay there again!

The pool was Beautiful was the pool was fabulous and the rooms were very clean

This hotel offers a very convenient location for exploring Boston, provided you have car. Located near Burlington mall, has numerous dining options nearby. Boston is about 15 min. away by car. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of on site parking, but Wi-Fi Internet connection is not free.
