Sticky honey-like stuff was on the night stand. A big cheese puff was on the floor between the beds

I only use this hotel because it is close to my work

When we got to the hotel the jacuzzi was broken. Every time we left the hotel we had to return to the front desk and reactivate our room key. We tried to the WiFi it was so slow but the phone rejected it. We had three people in the room and they would only supply towels for two. Went to the front desk to get towels for the pool the girl path asked quote what do you want. The eggs in the buffet for breakfast were rubbery orange juice had flavor that tasted like vodka. I complainEd to one of the owners I need it okay I'll check on it. No discount offered and had attitude like nothing would be done about it.

Hotel was in bad need of a remodel. The beds were so hard we had to go buy a foam mattress top to be able to sleep. The room had an odor . The pillows where worn out. There were light sockets falling out of the lamps.

Great location! With-in a 5 minute walk to the mall. Very quiet area at night so no interrupted sleep.

At check in there was a problem with the registration so I was told I would have to come back because their printer wasn't working. Strike one. I went to room and settled in. Room wasn't as clean as it should be and tired. In room wifi was advertised yet there was no reception at all. I went to the front desk to notify them and they said that was common and would need to reboot the internet connection. I was told they would do it in the morning. I asked if they could do it now and she said she needed a manager. I asked if they could get a manager to do it now since I needed to do some work and she said she was gone for the day. I asked if I could help reboot the connection and she said she didn't know which device to reset and I'd have to deal with it until morning. I was checking out in the morning. Strike two. Went to bed. Woke up in the morning and found two ticks on my body. Disgusting. Strike three. I will not stay here again. I do not recommend.

They like to double dip, The accounting department needs training. I was ask to put down 40.00 a day. deposit. They want credit card. That's when, they charge me again for for hotel room charges that was already prepaid. THey submitted again deposit. They finally back out the charges today. Mean while., it tied up money in my checking account. They would not give me a recipt for charges of room deposit and room charges.

We were more than satisfied with our room; it was clean, accessible, and the staff was very helpful when asked about local eating venues. We were also suprised at the variety on the breakfast that was included - not only were cereal and rolls available, but also yogurt and waffles and biscuits and gravy. Delightful options! Already planning our next stay when in the area.

I was in town for a funeral on short notice and I was treated with the utmost kindness from the staff. I was in a whirlwind but AmericInn made my stay the least of my worries.

The hotel was great for the price. Good location, right across from the college we were visiting, many food establishments around the area, within a short drive. Always a good breakfast at this chain hotel, and plenty of food, always replenishing the supply of food.

Came to town for a family reunion. The beds were comfy and breakfast was good and plentiful. We did enjoy our stay however the room smelled like a cat litter box. I called the front desk and the manager wasn't available until Monday (we stayed the weekend)and the person on duty seemed unsure of what to do. They had overbooked the hotel so we had to put up with the smell until the next day and the guy told me he could spray deodorizer on it. He did and it was better but I wondered why hadn't done that the first night.

Very clean and mostly quiet. We would stay here again.

Very impressed with the lobby decor upon entering...very inviting and cozy. Our room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast and eating area was also nice and clean. Good variety of fresh breakfast items. I will definitely book another stay at this facility.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at AmericInn of West Burlington IA, for the day of Dec. 26th - Dec. 27th, and were very pleased with full satifaction of our visit!!! We had done nothing much, other than escape home and relax the entire visit, watching TV and spending some quality time with one another! I would have liked to of taken advantage of the pool, but forgot gear. However, we definately enjoyed the breakfast! I also saved $19.85 booking with [...]($58.50), versus the standard charged from the hotel ($78.35) directly! When I notified of my booking I did online, the employee simply asked for an I.D. and card used for purchase, after making a photo copy, she returned them to me with two card keys to my room within two minutes.

It was a point along our route on a family trip. It was clean, non-smoking, and rooms were great for a young family. No elevator, only stairs and our room was on the 2nd floor, so taking luggage up and down was annoying. Ask for a room on bottom floor. Otherwise, great experience.

Used to stay at the same hotel even before they became part of the [...] family ever since they first opened. Service and hotel environment has always been top notch!

right off the interstate, close to everythin that you would need to do

Good Value, clean rooms

Your manager went out of her way to accommodate easy room access for injured guest in our party. So very very much appreciated.

ASA Softball tournament. Excellent place to stay for large groups. The kids enjoyed themselves and the adult had time together while the kids were swimming

Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay at the AmericInn of West Burlington, Ia. Unfortunately one of our motors is out in the jacuzzi so it does not put out as much bubbles as it should right now. It is in the shop and hoping to be getting it back soon. . I am truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
