Do not stay here. I’m a travel nurse working at the hospital in Burbank, and needed a place close to the hospital to stay so I stayed here for two nights. I was working nights and came back to the hotel to sleep for a few hours. Upon leaving the hotel and arriving back to Phoenix, I started receiving charges from this quality in on my credit card one for $150 and another for $50 in addition to the hundred dollar deposit which still has not been returned to me. Upon calling the hotel, they tell me that after I left, there was something wrong with the door upon asking, they could not even tell me what and said that I did something to their door and so they charged me. I have never had this type of situation happened to me ever and there was nothing wrong with anything when I left. I left everything as I saw it. I will be contacting corporate and their managers because this hotel is obviously running a scam and most likely I’m not the first person that this is happened to. If corporate reads this, please contact me or I will be getting in touch with you somehow.

Very clean. Very basic. Didn’t feel safe to walk around much outside.
When we arrived at the property we were given a standard room. I came back down to speak to the receptionist who basically blamed Orbitz for the overbooking of the 2 bedroom suite. As we waited for some sort of solution, the receptionist engaged in a conversation with another guest about “good customers vs bad customers”. My husband and I couldn’t believe that they could be speaking about our issue right in our presence. We concluded with getting a refund and having to book another hotel. The hotel was dirty and it looked like it didn’t get basic maintenance. The “breakfast included” is a hole in the wall area, more like a grab and go. No seating. For $40 more dollars we got a huge upgrade at the Embassy suite hotel.
It was a little shabby and old but clean and nice staff.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property also provides transportation to the Burbank Airport which is only a short distance away. The rooms were spacious and came with TV with all channels. I look forward to staying here again on future business trips to California.
