Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and more than worth the rate. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Would stay here again for sure!
Liked being right in Chinatown. Too close to the train station though. Very small room.
Real nice property, not the best neighborhood but that's chicago! Lots of restaurants close by, not alot of variety. About a mile to McCormick, 15-20 depending on the lights. Half price of the hotels in that area!
During our stay for 3 nights, no one ever cleaned our room and took the dirty towels for laundry. Indeed, the Cantonese speaking ladies at reception desk are very friendly and helpful.
clean and quiet
Rooms are on small side but really well laid out and nice staff
I liked that it was clean and a lot of places in walking distance. I didn’t like that they didn’t have there own parking, one day had to park far away.
Very clean and quiet. Near transit, surface parking lot and *lots* of great restaurant choices. Starbucks next door for light breakfast.
Very satisfied with the location of Chinatown Chicago. Walkable to the restaurant and stores. Midway Chicago Airport is my choice for traveling domestic flight, also 10 mins away from Jaslin. Recommended to anyone who looks for a boutique hotel.
Newly renovated and clean facilities. The room was smaller than typical hotels
Hotel did not have elevator access to the basement gym (I was asked to take stairs). The gym itself wasn't cleaned in 3 days that I have been using it. Hotel did not have a spare toothbrush. Nor a business center to print documents. Bedsheets would be changed every third day (I would accept it as an eco-suggestion but not as a rule!) No trash/recycle separation in the room. I expect all these from a 3-star hotel.
I enjoyed the decor of hotel and the exotic element of being in Chinatown. It is also a good buy compared to hotel costs closer to downtown.
Great location! Close to everything!
