Everything met normal expectations except pillows and shower were unsatisfactory.

First time in Laughlin with my family. Enjoyed the hotel in front of the river. The pool was nice as well as the buffet. The room was not cleaned as well as I would expect. As well as the the hallways. Over all it was a good experience staying at Aquarious hotel.

Maid service is pretty lazy with their cleaning. They need more attention to detail for sure. One day the maid only cleaned half of our room, made 1 bed but not the other, gave us clean towels but did not take the dirty ones lying in a pile on the floor. Our second room did not even get cleaned at all, they just shut the connecting door like they didn't see it?

Common areas weren't clean & elevator won't working. It was okay

Had an enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and helpful made us feel welcome and the cafe food had responsible prices and good food. Would recommend to stay whenever we visit Laughlin, Navada to stay there at the Aquarius Hitel & Casino.

I loved the water boat taxi it was convienent way to get around. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good selection of food in the buffet, and other dinning options.

The whole place smells like cigarettes. Not just the rooms, but everywhere in the facility. YUCK1

We arrived at hotel in evening. We stood in line to check in for 45 minutes. Staff of two to check in line of customers. Got to room and was not what we paid for. Be aware.... river view is not river view . You get to see parking lot, tennis courts and pool . The windows were so dirty you could barely see outside! We asked to be moved as we paid the premium cost! The bell boy took us through a dirty freight elevator. We arrived at the top floor and they out us in another river room. NOT. Windows were dirty and the river views like you see on the website were not the views in photo. Gave up. We asked for 4 extra pillows as the pillows were so old. We were told there is 1 extra pillow per person. I could go on, but management needs to address service level and professionalism and act like they care. Will NEVER come back!

During the summer they allow kids to stay in both towers!! Noisy and couldn't even use the pool because of the hundreds of kids! They have an adult time for pool but never when the sun is up, either really early morning or or late evening.. they "upgraded us" but I didn't see any thing special about the upgraded room!!

I waited to check in line for an hour. Unbeliveable..they did offer a water and a dab of frozen yogurt. But was 114 and it was terrible.doesn't matter when you try to ck in always a line perhaps they should hire part time employees to ck in guests I'll never do it again tried 2 times. People hot angry..

Booked a different type of room online and management didn't help assigning the right room.

Was a cheap decent place to stay, check in / check out process a little slow. Hotel was a little dated, Nothing special, but not terrible either..

Old hotel - nothing aesthetically pleasing about it. Our room was not made up one day and then on the second day no fresh washcloths were left. Seems like they do the bare minimum. The wait for an elevator was 15 to 20 minutes on the days we were there.

I dont like the pool hrs. It should be adults only after 10pm also there we alot of bugs in the pool0. My refrigerator was dirty filed with ice cream. Other than that its a pretty good hotel to stay in.

Close to river good place to start in Laughlin! Food is high price. Hotel us nice. I would return soon.

During the week the stay was great, but once the weekend came, it was complete chaos!

We stayed there before the rooms are comfortable and have a mini fridge in the room that's pretty convenient. All rooms have a great view of the mountains and the river.

Great property - clean and friendly Good food Would indeed return

We stay here three or four times a year. It has always been a great place to stay, seldom have we had a complaint, and they were minor, like you can't have your room made up after 3PM. There is a new owner and we will wait and see what happens with the prices and the service.

nice hotel in front of the river

First time in Laughlin with my family. Enjoyed the hotel in front of the river. The pool was nice as well as the buffet. The room was not cleaned as well as I would expect. As well as the the hallways. Over all it was a good experience staying at Aquarious hotel.
