When checking into the room the facility was very forceful about giving my childrens info to them, to which I denied to. They finally said well you can just decline, like start with that and don't get a attitude. Then the room, pillows were hard as a phone book, a/c didn't work, TV only had eight channels that were nothing good for my children to watch and the TV was so old that the channels were all fuzzy. Over all should have paid way more and stayed in a better hotel.
I feel like I had a different room then I booked? Classic bait and switch! And what's up with no ice machines? I'm not trying to go to the front desk for a janky bag of ice every hour! With that said!! It's my favorite place to stay in Laughlin!!
Very enjoyable stay. Only one complaint… I booked through Orbit & it does not tell you that the charge for weekends are more than week days. It also does not tell you that there is a extra $50 charge per night, refundable 3 to 5 days after you check out. Never heard of such!! It definitely needs to be stated at the time of booking. !!

Room smells for cigarettes and bad choices. There was a white stain on the headboard that was less than “clean”. No ice on any floors and no decorticating to put ice in. I definitely regret stay at this hotel.
This hotel is located in a very nice resort/casino area right along the Colorado river. There are many things to do here and in the immediate area. The adjoining restaurant is very good as well.
The property itself looks nice. I love that it has access to the beach. I also liked that the food and drinks for very affordable. It just needs to be updated with furniture pillows, etc. housekeeping needs to pay attention under the bed. I found trash as well the vacuuming need to be done behind the dressers they were still crumbs I guess of chips or cookies on my not too sure. overall, my family had a good time at the river didn't spend time in the room.
The lobby was smoke filled and some of our towels had stains on them. The air conditioner in our room did not work very well. Also I’m sad to say that when my husband got sick and we had to cut our trip short that this establishment would not reimburse me for 1 day.
First time at this property and I loved it, the different casinos and dining and pool area was nice and a nice big area to access the river and enjoy the day
The casino was good. I loved the themes. But their systems were slow. The woman who helped us her nane is brittany. She is amazing. The room was okay. It was fairly clean. Found someone elses deoderant on the florr right by the bed. So its kind like of that was still there... what else did they just look over while cleaning. The thing that was a big deal breaker though for ne was, their was no actove ice machine. We had to call the front desk to get our one complimentary little bag of ice. Thats the best part of a hotel experience. So... um, great for an emergency stay. But probably wouldnt do it for a weekend stay again.
Loved the family suite. Great amount of room for all. The kids room was amazing they had a blast.

It was a relaxing place for the most part and the beach/river access was nice, but the parking was not connected to the casino/hotel, so you were exposed to the elements and there were areas that needed a good cleaning. There was no refrigerator, coffee maker, or iron in the room. Ice was only available at the check in counter and with only 2 elevators working, it made it a chore.
Nobody at the front desk to check in, took 10 minutes before someone came to help
Stayed July 8-10, 2022. The tub in our room was clogged. They were trying to work on it at 10pm!!!! While my family was already sleeping after a whole hour they said it wasn’t fixable and they had to move us room. I asked if I could move the next morning since by this time it was already 11pm at night. The repair person told the worker in the front that it was ok with them for us to move the next morning. They had the most rude worker at the front and started giving me attitude and yelling at me that I had to move that same night. Refused to let me speak to a manager and said it was either A or B which was upgrade me rooms or I could stay in the room with the unusable tub and try to speak to a manager the next day. So I was Forced to wake up my family and move them at that time. As she giving me the new room keys she says to me “being upgraded is a blessing”Let me tell you about this blessing of an upgraded room, 3 of the power outlets didn’t work one of the lamps didn’t work, the sink in the restroom didn’t work the fan in the restroom was falling off There was a hair in the tub trash on the floor and the curtain in the room was falling down. So idk what kind of blessing that was. Saturday morning I went to try to speak to a manager and once again there was no manager. They took my number claimed someone would call me. It is now July 11 and I’m still waiting for a call. Avoid this hotel!!
