The food and service at the moonshadow was amazing

Staff not nice because I bought my ticket on Orbitz

First night I chechecked in, Had 2 different days purchased. First lady checked me in for first day and said, " I can't help you, you bought this on Expidia, our rooms go for $300 a night." Woke up at 6am to talk to front desk about check out. Second lady was super nice. Was not going to make me check out and wait in car tell 3pm. She just let me keep my room one more night. Was only curious how I got a room for $45. I bought my room early is all.

Hotel room was ok. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Hotel is not close to either Bull Head City or Laughlin.

I really would like at least a coffee maker in the room it was to far to walk to to get some in the morning.

Some staff was not so friendly and rude. We had our two Grandkids, ages 5 & 8, on our way to the pool we were stopped and told that our kids needed to have a Shirt on. We saw plenty of adults without shirts on. Also on our way to the resturants we were stopped and informed that kids could Not be by the slots machines, they were not even Close by, just walking to the restaurants.

Good time......... The swimming pool its very Nice and clean

Paid a super good price for a delux, two queen beds, non-smoking, river view room on the 4th floor by the pool. Check in was quick and easy. All employees are super nice and helpful. Nice view from the beach tower although they don't have suites. Nice pool area and beach. Pool is way too cold, very few people used it. They need to up the temperature. Movie theater and arcade is nice. It's cheaper to go to the movie theater for $7 than renting a movie in the room for $12. Also, the arcade is too expensive at $1 each play and terrible prizes for point redemption. They have same games as Dave & Buster's, so that was good. Kids Quest is awesome, we can leave the kid for some time and go play. Because of that this is the best casino in Laughlin. In other casinos they give you the stink eye if you have a kid and very rude to you, not at Avi. Love it.They say there is a gym but not one employee knew where it was and I must have asked about a dozen employees. Same goes for the business center. Coffee is pretty bad anywhere you go within the casino or the town across the river in many places, even at Starbucks. Machines are very tight. There is no real reason to gamble at machines. Parking is free and plentiful. We did not try the wifi but the cell reception is terrible to none. Check your receipts anywhere you go in town across the river. Sometime we were under charged sometime we were over charged.

We arrived quite late in the night, driving from San Diego to Grand Canyon and in a need for a stop. We were very welcomed by a professional staff, even so late, and our room was actually a suite, with a very comfortable king size bed. It was largely worth the price requested ! I'd recommend this hotel to every one who needs a stop over there.

We visited on on a busy weekend and stayed four days. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming! The resort itself is large, great casino, restaurants, and spacious, quiet rooms. A payout near us was 12,000.00 on a quarter machine!!! Want to learn about Keno? Ask Doug... resident Keno God.... I had questions and he gave me great advice. Try the Champagne Brunch on Sunday... Champagne, Caviar, Escargot,.... crab, shrimp, prime rib, ... did I mention Champagne? They aren't stingy... excellent time!!!

OVERAL THE FACILITIES WERE GOOD. THE POOL AREA WAS EXCELLENT. THE INTERIOR WAS NICE AND THE ROOM CLEANLINESS WAS GOOD AS WELL. THE CASINO PAYOFFS WERE BRUTAL. NO COMPETITION IN THE NEAR AREA MADE FOR NO PAYOFFS. I WOULD RECOMMEND DRIVING TO LAUGHLIN TO GAMBLE AT SOME OF THE LARGER CASINOS......BIG PAYOFFS. HERTZ STUCK US WITH A CAR THAT HAD BEEN THROUGH HELL. AIR TRAVEL WITH SPIRIT WAS NOTHING TO RECOMMEND.

Although it was a busy weekend for the resort, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made for a great stay. Food and drinks were excellent and the gambling was good as well... decent pay outs!!! A gentleman near us won $12,000.00 on a quarter machine.. If that isn't decent... don't know what is. Go to Avi you will enjoy...

A little off the beaten path but a decent place for the money..would recommend.

I didn't know that there could be as much of a difference between rooms. Zena was wonderful to work with and found me a great Room with a beautiful view! Ruth the housekeeper was super friendly and also did a great job.

Very friendly staff. Only two issues, television in room did not connect to remote. Had engineering try several remotes but none would turn on tv only turn it off. Had to turn it on manually. Second, the bedside table and tv area was extremely dusty. Other than that great staff and very friendly. Made up for those two things.

Quick one day, small family get together. Basic King room. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only complaint was TV channels did not work. All three rooms in our group could not get TV channels to work. Quite frustrating. Restaurants average. Would return for the price.

Sticky stuff on the floor. The room was fine, I guess. It was a handicap friendly room, wouldnt have thought that any deal except that I am not sure it was used much. The shower had a film on the doors. No closet etc...

Fun for the whole family..stay there with my daughter and her children we had fun in pool also the kid zone was good for the kids so we could go in the casino

This resort was comfortable and fun to play at, but is very dated and could do with modernization. I did not realize how far it was from the other cluster of casinos, so this was somewhat inconvenient

I sleep on a memory foam mattress at home. this bed threw my back off so bad it was hurting for the full five days I was there.
