This lovely villa is located 55 km from Avignon and 29 km from Orange! The villa is situated in a quiet location just outside the village of Roaix (2.5 km) and not far from the pretty town of Vaison-la-Romaine (5 km). The house has a neat and attractive interior and a lovely garden (not fenced) with a private swimming pool open from the end of May to September including terraces with a rattan lounge to enjoy your aperitifs. The peace and quiet of the pool combined with a comfortable interior with decoration in an elegant Provencal and modern mix make an excellent base for your well-deserved holiday! It is also the ideal starting point for (cycle) trips through Provence and the Drôme. Mont Ventoux is within cycling distance.
