Room was nice and staff was sweet and helpful. We didn’t have warm water and took cold showers and the shower curtain had stains.

The only problem was that the shower did not have hot water, it didn’t have warm water... my husband took a shower the night before and it was cold, thought it would heat up in the morning but it was still cold. The faucets had warmer water than the shower. The rest of the facilities were very nice modern and clean.
Staff was great. Hotel was very clean. Only issue was hot water took a bit to warm up in shower, but was fine when it did. Convenient to mall of Georgia and Gwinnett arena (if coming from north of concert venue).

The room was very spacious and clean. We stayed at this hotel with two children and needed to utilize the sofa bed. The room did not have sheets, pillows, etc so we had to contact the hotel staff for these items which was inconvenient as we didn't realize they were missing until it was bed time.
Rooms were nice and clean and updated. Bathtub was clean and shiny and equipped with bars which was nice. Bistro food was good quality and the fire pit outside was a nice extra! Pool and Spa were great. Staff pleasant and helpful, especially Kelly in the Bistro at night. Definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.
Great location and was allowed a later check out so my daughter could change after competition.
Our rooms were wonderful. The staff worked with us to get our two rooms close together. Rooms were clean and very well kept. If they had a complimentary breakfast I would have given them 5 stars.
Went expecting a nice weekend, lucked out and got even better.
Very friendly staff, facilities top shelf; new, clean. Anything you could need, shopping, food is right there along a major thoughfare. Easy/on off I-85. A maybe minor item but important to those of us that like 2 cups of coffee before we leave the room. They provided 2 regular coffees for the in room machine. Most chains chinz with only one. I'm coming back here for next years races!
Rooms where clean and near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.
This hotel seemed to have it all: location, amenities, etc. Unfortunately the area is so congested it takes you forever to go a couple of lights. Secondly they have a nice Bistro but it wasn't staffed, unless you count the employee watching March Madness in the lobby with the guests. I expected more from a Marriott property.

Nice lobby area and public space outside for group gatherings. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Located near major mall with lots of shopping and restaurant choices nearby.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable. We will stay there again. My niece will be coming to Buford this month and I will recommend her staying here!
