We accidentally ordered a room for smokers and kindly asked the clerk to change our room. He refused three times and finally agreed to help us in exchange for money (which he later refused to take saying he was joking). Overall the hotel was decent, renewed, and OK location if you want to rest for the night and leave first thing in the morning,

Liked the room and price.just used to the continental breakfast to be more than a few pre packaged muffins and cinnamon buns.

King size bed. The room was way smaller than the photos. The mattress was so thin and old, it was like we were sleeping on an old couch futon. Burn marks in linens and a giant electric stove heating element mark burnt into the carpet. One of the staff let the main door slam into our face as he walked out knowing we were right behind him, he looked back and watched it happen. Plus side, the 2 front desk clerks we encountered were friendly and there are many places to eat in the area.

It was great no problem at all, just the breakfast needs a little more attention apples were already bad but overall it was a great place

The owners super nice made fresh coffee for me at 2 am there was a young woman working went out of her way for me also big + you can bring your pets Sydney DeCamp

There was no running water couldn't even wash up requested. A refund they told me the water will be back on i just left can't do it will never stay there again.

Hotel about what we expected. Price was about right for the room. clean room, evident as soon as we entered the room. Nosy do to airport.

A reasonable hotel, right next to the Buffalo Brewpub. With great beer right next door, who honestly cares what the hotel looks like. Clean sheets, mediocre beds, lots of hot air coming from the heater.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Niagara. We checked in late night and a shuttle picked us up from the airport, extremely satisfied with the shuttle service. However, here comes the trouble. The first room I got was looking ok initially but we realized the bathtub was messed up when we settled in completely and tried to use the restroom. The tub was looking good to plain eyes but my legs had white paint on as soon as I stepped into it. The paint also sticked up to my feet, may be it was some sort of an adhesive. I went to front desk immediately to see if I could switch rooms and my luck was good that night that there was one last room available. I switched rooms soon and it was all good. They served breakfast starting 4:30AM, the timing which I never heard of. Nothing special as it was regular stuff. Rest everything was ok, my only complaint was that the room wasn't checked properly before it was given to us and I spoiled my costly Tory burch sandals after stepping into that adhesive paint in the bath tub as the paint didn't come off until 2 days later.

The hotel is big enough to accommodate 3 queen beds and yet still have enough room to move around.

great place next to airport and lots places to eat walk distance.

Upon arrival could not find check in clerk rang bell several times not very secure. Then clerk was on phone during check in. Room was very dirty around walls and found curly fry behind night stand. Room door difficult to lock and bathroom door did not latch shut. Only one towel was provided for a room with 3 double beds. The only good part was the shuttle service to and from the airport.

It was cheap, and kind of near the airport. Room was tired/dated, and didn't feel cared for. The jacuzzi had a chip out of the fiberglass housing and the tiles looked like a bowling ball was dropped on it. A window facing the parking lot had only a heavy curtain, no sheer or screening to allow privacy while letting some light in. Room layout was odd - lights and tables haphazardly placed. Microwave bolted to top of fridge. TV was in a wardrobe and it was hard to position it to see it from anywhere unless sitting on a chair in front of it. Sound was tinny - we thought the TV was broken in some way. Bed was uncomfortable, but servicable. Groaned when we sat on it. Bathroom was also broken - tap dripped no nstop in the shower, and the lever was pushed so far into the wall it couldn't be completely shut off, which is why it dripped. Thre was a combination bottle cap opener and corkscrew mounted on the door frame. Paint splattered everywhere. The breakfast was also bad - staff yelled at an older gent for using the waffle maker incorrectly (according to the instructions mounted on the wall, but those are old now so you should know what the beeping from the machine means?) and other than that it was prepackaged cinnamon rolls, 2 types of cereal, and toast. There was also apple and orange juice. I ate some toast and then we checked out. For 1 night at the price we paid I can't complain, but I wouldn;'t stay aagain or recommend it. Also, the hotel is 2 floors but only stairs - so get a ground floor room.

The room was a little small but that was ok cuz we were just there to have a place to sleep, bed was good, pillows were fine the only thing we didn't like was the shower pressure was lower than preferred but all in all it was a good room for the price. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I booked this room last minute to take my wife to Niagara falls for her birthday weekend and it was great. The hotel was about 30 min from the falls which was fine with us. If you don't mind staying a little further away form the falls this hotel is for you.

Well I have been at this hotel several times. This staff /front desk is not very friendly. The room was small and the furniture not organized and awful.Rm is laid out terrible. coffee there has no creamer or sugar packets .Shower nozzle loose and needed repair but worked. Did not want to complain as staff gives you that take it leave it feel. This is a newer staff and is now a super 8 was an Econo Lodge was much better. I have made a reservation there 10 days from now that I cant change and have been told they will give me a different room next .we will see. two not so good days.

This place is decently close to Niagara. Food is easily accessible.

Stay was ok, mattress was uncomfortable, did not feel like a very clean place, but not bad in a pinch, for one night.

The rooms were small, and there were bugs. i would never stay here again.

The hotel was being renovated while we were there, and it smelled like carpet glue. On top of that, it was expensive (~$70/night) for what we got, especially when you consider how far it is from the airport and downtown Buffalo.

I chose this location for its convenience to 90 and while it was easy to get to and there were many handy shops nearby, the hotel itself was musty and had renovation work left around unfinished. Strongly smelled of dry wall and the doors and facilities were hard to get in and out of.
