Check in was a pain, i gave itinerary and confirmation visually on my email and still had a hassle. The room was clean and quiet, close to airport so I guess it was ok

Considering price, this is probably the best motel/hotel at which I've ever stayed. The room design absolutely floored us. The position of the lavatory/bathroom made the room much more spacious and usable. The King sized bed was extremely comfortable and the chair-cassock made sleeping with a back problem a piece of cake. I'm 76 years old and well traveled so am not mincing words that this was a very ,very pleasant place to stay. Though it's doubtful I'll ever be in this area again, it would be my first and foremost choice of a place to stay! Nothing but Kudos!!!!!!!!!

It was a decent hotel. Rooms were neat and staff were cooperative too. They don't have inhouse breakfast but they give out vouchers for nearby diner which usually covers for a good breakfast.

Motor vehicle parked in front of main entrance very inconvenient. Smoking In stairway create foul odor

The location & price are perfect. The discount meal ticket at the restaurant next door was excellent.

Good value. Good location off the interstate. $8.00 breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door. Plenty of dinner options nearby. Only downside..the walls are VERY thin. Could hear people on all sides. Would ask for third floor next time.

My friend and I went to Buffalo for a shopping trip and just needed a place sleep and rest during our short less than 48hr trip. Room was clean, didn't have much interteraction with the staff, cause there was no need. And the little interaction was good. The best part was the $8 voucher for the restaurant next door. Went for breakfast for next to nothing. If your not looking for anything fancy it is perfect. I would definetly stay here again.

Walk to the Mall the Olive Garden Long Horn. and so on. We did the Mall very nice had supper at Olive Garden And we're very happy with our stay. Much better than the Millennium if your not sure take Oak Tree. P.S If your Candian there is a New TIM HORTON in the parking lot almost, OPENING SOON

The original room they put us in did not appear to be cleanted at all. It looked like the bed was just made up without being changedc. They moved us to a new room and it was ok. The rooms are very plain. White walls no decor and just a few pieces of furniture. Makes you not to want to spend any time in the room.

When we returned to the hotel for our second night there, the room had not been made-up. The beds were not made, no cleaning done.

For the price it was great. Half way between downtown buffalo and Niagara Falls. If you have a car this place is clean and have the friendliest staff. No car you will not be happy. $8 credit per person at the restaurant right next store. But little to do in the area big mall but we just spent our time in Downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls would stay again.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Nice touch about giving a food coupon worth $8 each day for a good family style restaurant across the parking lot. No complaints. Certainly worth the money.

It's really nice and convenient. Especially the resturant next to the hotel. It is really a wonderful one. The food is great, and the location is really nice.

The hotel was well located for our needs but needed more attentive staff members. We went to the restaurant next door for breakfast all three days we were there...no one offered a voucher or certificate or mentioned that they were available. We expected breakfast in the hotel which was not available. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was a nice touch for a hotel at this price, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways, even though we had a non-smoking room. We were given a room equipped for handicapped travelers without asking or telling us that it would be that kind of room. This meant a floor level shower stall, that was confined by the presence of a fold down seat, and a hand held shower nozzle that did not have any presure and would not adjust to have a shower in the middle of the stall. There was also virtually no counter space around the sink which I am sure was so that a wheelchair could turn around in the room. The cleaning staff used the grab bars as towel rails. The sheets on the bed were stained and housekeeping was sometimes still working into the evening hours. I suspect the hotel is undergoing renovation although there were no signs to indicate this - only loud construction noises coming from the floor above at a very early hour on Monday morning. There were only a handful of cars in the parking lot, but there was a hand-made sign taped to the door stating "no vacancy." Because the location was so convenient for our family, I would reluctantly recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel; good value for the money. The certificate to eat at the restaurant next door was a nice touch; good food there. I had two small problems with the hotel, one of which they probably can't control. We had some very noise guests on the floor above my room, like wake you up in the middle of the night noisy. They need to invest in a normal hotel door key setup. The cards reset every two days and you have to go to the front desk to have them reassign your door key. I've never seen that before and it was frankly a very stupid idea.

very nice, except short staffing caused room to not be cleaned every day.

Was there for business and because of the location was a perfect choice. Only thing was that the room was either too hot or cold. need to check their heating system.

People at the hotel were pleasant at the front desk. We had difficulty getting the cleaning staff to clean our room. When they did clean, it was incomplete and somewhat haphazard - missing soap, bath mats, etc.

When we made reservations online, we first called to be sure the hotel provided airport pick up. They told us yes. Once we arrived at the airport, we called the hotel to confirm our pick up. An unmarked white van arrived to pick us up. The van was very dirty inside and outside, and the driver never got out of the van to offer to help us with our luggage. Once we arrived to the hotel, the driver rushed out of the van into the hotel, (once again not offering to help us with our luggage) and went behind the check-in desk. The van driver was ALSO the desk clerk and seemingly the only staff on the clock. The hotel was clean and the accomodations were good, however it was VERY noisy all during the night and morning.

The single bedroom we got was gigantic (with an extra half room attached with a table/chairs). The amenities were OK, with an in-room mini-fridge and a really old microwave (that worked). The bathroom also came with a tub. But I was most pleased with the friendly front desk staff. They were willing to reimburse my cab-fare when their shuttle service was really backed up after we flew into Buffalo airport.
