Upon arrival there was no front desk staff,had to wait 15 minutes for someone. The room was clean and spacious but the tub had hairs in it from the previous occupants

Staff was helpful and opened the 5 am breakfast by 445 am , so I was able to get a little bite before my 6 am flight ; When I returned 6 days later, after midnite, hungry and thirsy, The shuttle guy stopped at the local 7-11 convenience shop , per my request , and I was able to get a late nite snack , etc.....

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast could have been better.

We just needed a place to stay for the night and it filled our needs fine.

After arriving very late for check in and receiving my room key, I went to my room to hear the dog of my next door neighbor barking every 15 seconds. I called down to the front desk and they gladly moved me to the other side of the hotel without hesitation.

Only problem we had was with shower head. Low water pressure so it took forever to shower. But everything els was great for the price! Only a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls and right down the street from a bunch or stores and mall.

There was urine in the toilet and all over the seat in my hotel room.

For the price no, hotel did not meet expectations. Staff could smile. Appreciate customers that's why you have a JOB. Remember no matter how bad your day is someone else's may be worse. I just became widow and felt as welcome as a mouse in this place. Only friendly staff was housekeeping. Breakfast was no more quality than a $89.99 hotel.

Trip was for business. Hotel was great. Will use again.

Staff was great - found a first floor room when we came in with lots of luggage. We were returning from visiting Palmyra and wanted a hotel near the airport with predictable comfort, cleanliness, and location. We had high expectations and they were met.

Just a basic hotel, nothing beyond that. good for a nights sleep

The best thing about La Quinta near the Buffalo Airport is the location, several blocks from the I-90 exit, with easy return. (If you put "Williamsville" into your Garmin GPS it draws a blank; "Buffalo" works.) It is a basic motel: plenty of hot water, good beds, inexpensive room and bath furnishings, a flat screen TV, and minimal continental breakfast. Despite its proximity to the airport it was quiet. Our room was clean but the shower head needed some work and the A/C was difficult to adjust. Given the location the price was reasonable but not a great bargain.

check in staff was fast and friendly...I was even offered freshly baked cookies. Room was clean, comfortable, and up to date. Only negative was the curtains did not pull all the way shut so it got very bright in the room in the morning. Little more then I wanted to pay but good stay

The hotel was clean, staff was courteous and friendly and it's convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little on the lihjt side.

Had two queen bed room on 2nd floor. Quiet. Beds comfortable and room more than adequate. Parking lot construction blocked some parking near temporary entrance which was difficult given the 4" of snow on the ground and my sister's limited mobility. Breakfast selection was very extensive and impressive. Staff in halls were friendly; staff behind desk could use addition hospitality training. Worth the reduced price I was able to secure through Obritz.

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to visit family in Indiana. It is easy to get to, affordable, pet friendly, and clean. The parking lot is tiny and breakfast options are pathetic but other than that, we love it. It is right down the road from many restaurants local and chain.

I was traveling on business and I've stayed in some awful places before. The hotel was close to the airport and major highways. There were a lot of businesses right on that street so if you needed anything, it was easy to get to (even without a car!). What I was most impressed with was the hotel staff. They were very friendly, so nice and always available. A man working in housekeeping even offered to carry my bag down the stairs for my on my way out. There was a "fitness center" (treadmill elliptical and weight bench - do you honestly need more?) which was clean and functional. I'd stay here again - I was impressed.

good location, breakfast options ok, not enough seating for amount of guests. great cookies in the evening. light for bathroom was in a very inconvenient place outside of bathroom. show curtain had a mildew smell. bed,pillows very comfortable. room very very small. front desk staff polite & helpful.

This is an older building which has received some cosmetic updates. There is no elevator and the only ice and vending is on the first floor. The breakfast area is small so people were literally bumping into each other trying to get some food, of which there was very little. The coffee was empty. They ran out of orange juice and I waited 15 minutes on bacon and eggs. They kept saying its being cooked. We finally left and stopped at Denny's.

Older property. Room was clean but the bed was a crater. The mattress/box sprung needed replacing. Exercise equipment was low quality. Breakfast was nothing special.

great hotel for the price!

Only problem we had was with shower head. Low water pressure so it took forever to shower. But everything els was great for the price! Only a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls and right down the street from a bunch or stores and mall.
