No elevator in a two floor hotel, at least 4 other hotels in area that had more comfortd

Decent. Comfortable . I was in town for a college open house

We paid for 2 full breakfasts but the computer had no record of it. We had to pay separately for breakfast. Unfortunately I didn't think to check my email confirmation. By the time I did, we were checked out.

Hotel is older but we'll kept. Staff is great. Resturant connected to hotel has great food at a good value. I guess the reason for the higher price for the hotel is the convenience to the airport. Not much within walking distance, but everything within a 10 min. drive.

It was a very good location, near the falls and near the shopping, but at the same time not enough food near by, everything you need you had to drive into town, I was not happy when i needed milk at 2am and they had none

The young man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet, and conveniently located. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room, but that was the only negative, other than that the place was very good.

We booked this hotel because it was the least expensive hotel that had a jacuzzi. The first thing was when they asked for a credit card for incidentals, which is common, no one told me I would be charged $50. They also said it would be refunded and it STILL has not been. The room was nothing special, just a normal hotel room, and the hotel itself was close to everywhere we wanted to go. However, the jacuzzi (again the whole reason we booked this hotel) was FREEZING! The first night it wasn't bad, about bath water temperature. The next night we couldn't even get in even after letting it run for 10 minutes. What a bummer. The hidden charge itself is enough for me to go elsewhere next time.

we spent one night at that hotel and felt very comfortable with king size bed. The room was big enough and clean and fitting room are provided. In addition, the location is very convenience, about 5 mins drive to airport but in room it is very quiet.

Our 5-day stay was near-perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The attached Max's Grill allowed both our kids to eat free, once a day, so we ate 5-6 meals there and loved it. Pool was adequate and we always had it to ourselves. Hot tub was excellent. Overall great stay!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn airport location which had easy access to the Thruway to go to Canada and Niagara Falls and was close to many great restaurants. Good location to travel to sights in and around Buffalo with out staying downtown Buffalo. Hotel was very neat, clean, friend and had an outdoor pool. Very comfortable bed and great room darkening curtains. We barely heard the airport.

Hotel was clean but dated. Close to airport and downtown

good. very clean and quiet . near airport can pick me up

Hotel was very helpful and accomidating when the weather was bad. Room clean, restaurant good, and was warm

Very old and in need of complete overhaul. Friendly staff.

I did not get in till very late after a 23 hour flight. Being there was not an elevator and how overly tired I saw the staff went way out of their way to help me get set up in my room. I could not thank them more!

Great location, staff very helpful, room was great except for the small pillows (king-size bed and 4 pillows covered about half the bed). Max's grill location was a very good plus. Have stayed before and will stay again if in the area.

Very comfy, clean, and roomy. The only thing missing is a courtesy breakfast. Denny's is next door and many restaurants within a 5 min. drive.

Only stayed in the hotel for a day, so it was not too bad, but the toilet seat was broken and you can hear all of the conversation that was happening in the hallway. It did not seem too private, but for one stay, it is tolerable. Was not worth the money but the chain does have a reputation.

This was our third stay at this hotel and everything has been great everytime. The rooms are clean and the staff is great and supremely helpful. Also, since this hotel is right by the airport we could watch the planes take off and land and sleep in later because we were close to where we needed to be. The hotel shuttle even gave us a free ride to the mall and back so we could do some last minute shopping for our trip to Disney World. In my opinion, if your flying from Buffalo and staying the night before, there is no better launchpad for a vacation.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Restaurant service was horrid although food was good. Room needed to be updated about 10 years ago. Compared to other Holiday Inn Selects I have stayed in this was by and far the worst.
