The key card machine was broken from the moment we got there. So anytime you left your room and had to go back in your room, you had to go the front desk and get somebody to open your door for you. So because of this the reception staff was not happy. The room cleanliness is marginal. I don’t think that they vacuum at all.
The staff was very nice and had a room ready for us early. They were very helpful and seemed happy. Overall the hotel was clean but it just seemed outdated and needed some work. Cracks in the wall and stains on the floor happen but for the price I feel like it should be a little more put together. The room layouts were also very nice and the kitchen had the essentials.

Very nice hotel, staff, and room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Check in was fast and easy—but I was kind of surprised that they put a $250 hold on my card (for incidentals). This just seemed a bit exorbitant; not a deal breaker, just surprising. The breakfast area and common areas were all very, very nice. Beds were a little too firm for my taste but we still slept well. Fairly quiet, actually, considering it’s a busy part of town.
The property is modern and clean. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and informative. The property is near the airport/restaurants/grocery stores and different department stores.Woud definitely stay there again.

Very rude staff - The gentlemen got upset because I probably interrupted his chat - at one point threatened of canceling our request knowing we have elders and children Opposite of hospitality service - no breakfast, getting awya with the statement staff did not show up, everyday - will never book again!
The room was dated. No double rooms were available so we got stuck sleeping on a very uncomfortable fold out sofa bed. We’re told we couldn’t have pillows, had to use the ones on the bed. No breakfast was left when we got downstairs in the morning. Oh and the late night “concert” right outside our window just topped it all off. I will the staff did event take care of that.
The stay was ok but I think the hotel needs some upgrades in bed, sofa bed and carpet. The colors are fading and the furniture looks very old. The sofa bed was stained and the mattress not comfortable at all.
The staff and experience was great. Fire alarms each night stunk.

We had a suite that basically had 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds per room with their own bathrooms, a living room with a pull out sofa and a mini kitchen complete with small fridge w/freezer and dishwasher, cupboards with service for 4, and a small stove, and a breakfast bar to eat at. The room was AWESOME! Nit picky stuff like paint missing/peeling from bathroom walls, garbage left outside guest rooms (that guests put out who didn't want cleaning done during stay), minimal breakfast options. Pool/hot tub and fitness center were closed for maintenance, and that really sucked because i would have booked somewhere else if i had known. That was the main reason we picked that place so we could have a pool & hot tub to relax in after driving for 2 days. They did have arrangements with their sister hotel for guests to call and see if there were pool times available, but there's no guarantee you get anything. If use of pool is important, call ahead and see if it is WORKING/AVAILABLE within booking cancelation allowance if you need to make other arrangements. Looked like theirs had been closed for at least a week...
Most of the employees were nice, professional except one woman with dark hair and an accent working the front desk. Anytime I called prior rom our stay, she was curt, and unprofessional. During stay when asking about a late check out she was downright rude and then hung up on me when I called down from our room. The pool was close but it’s not listed that way publicly. They were one of the only places locally we could bring our dog while our home was being showed for the weekend. The hotel is in need of remodeling, wallpaper is peeling in rooms, carpeting is old. Bed was very comfortable but the pull our couch was small and very uncomfortable for our 17 year old. Will not stay here again or recommend.

Most disgusting hotel ever. There was crusty something splattered all over the walls, ants in the bathroom, the couch looks like there was 70’s porn done on it, the carpet was frayed, wallpaper coming off.. shall I continue? Disgusting. And I took pictures of it all.
The room had very bad smell, funiture was old and worn out, rug was dirty, was not told about the accommodation until I went into my room n they had no rooms to switch my family into the aminities were not operationally my grandchildren had a very unhappy experience
