Our room was clean, but the pool was cloudy, there was a huge clump of hair floating by us and the pool floor/liner felt spongy and not stuck down. When a candy wrapper floated by us we got out. Also, the lobby smelled.

The carpet was ripped in the hallways the walls were dirty in the hallways. in my room alone the heater was so loud it woke me up all night until I eventually turned it off. In my room the wallpaper was bubbles on the walls in the bathroom door had missing paint all over it

When visiting Buffalo, I often chose Adam's Mark to stay, because of its convenient location and ease of parking, nice lobby, clean rooms, and great staff. Thank you very much.

The only thing I would recommend is having small items available for purchase. For being such a nice hotel they had no little shop or area you could buy little items you may have forgotten (toothbrush/toothpaste, medicine, etc.

I was very disappointed to learn that the hotel couldnt find my reservation that I book a month and a half ahead of time. I called the night before to confirm and learned that I had no rooms. Well this certainly frustruted me. I had to use my sister to reserve some rooms quickly as I had family enroute to hotel. I was charged more because of this mix-up and didnt get rooms where I wanted because my mother, who is 76 has some trouble walking long distances. I am very angry and as of this moment will not use ORBITZ to book anything for me anymore!!

The Adam's Mark Hotel in downtown buffalo provided us what we needed, a room and bed to sleep in for an event down town. There was not much else positive to say about this place. Upon arriving my fiance was treated very poorly by front desk staff who seemed more occupied flirting with drunk guests from the Sabres game than helping us check in. I finally arrived after parking in the old, dark, and somewhat confusing parking garage. I paid to park which wasnt made clear ahead of time but became obvious as we went that they take the fees apart and nickel and dime you to keep this aging beauty profitable. When we checked in they then gave me the room key to my sister's room, who has a different last name mind you, and when we walked in on them and their baby it was quite the fright. Once we FINALLY got into our own room after going back to deal with the front desk staff who didnt seem too apologetic for just giving me the key to a room already occupied, and endangering my sister and her family by handing out their room to other people (thankfully it was us :)), we entered our room. Yes, there was bed, and it was clean, there was a hole in our wall with peeling wall paper. We just began laughing remembering we got a good deal. This place clearly is just being milked to death for profits, nothing going back into it. Very dated and dreary, but for what we paid it was a warm bed to sleep in downtown.

I can not say it was bad but the hotel needs some updating. It is very dated. But for the price and location for our stay it met our expectations

I loved everything about the hotel except that I had to pay $10 for parking.

We were there for a business convention. They honored my request for a room close to the elevator as my wife has difficulty walking. The breakfast buffet was well adorned with personal omelets made to order and a good selection of fruits for my wife. Unfortunately the bedding was so soft it hampered sleep rather that enhance sleep. An the bed platforms were a bit to high.

We stayed there for an event near there. Hotel was close to where needed to go, so it was convenient. Stuff was nice but 3 stuffs were talking and laughing while I was waited at counter to check in. Bed was uncomfortable and pillow smelled someone's hair stuff like they didn't change pillow case. but good hotel for somewhere to sleep.

Friendly staff. 3 out of 4 elevators stopped working on Saturday night, bad situation for a hotel with 9 floors.

Great hotel. Comfortable and close to everything. We went to a concert at first Niagara center and we got there faster walking than by car since the traffic was bad. you can defiantly walk to lots of other places. It was clean.

I was not impress about hotel's appearance and location. The good thing about hotel is the bed and noise level. It is so comfy made me fall asleep very fast and woke up very fresh.

Nice place... we didn't really have any issues, although I definitely think it is a little overpriced for what you get. Parking is $10 a night, and no breakfast or anything included. The rooms are nice though, beds comfortable and the lobby is really pretty. If you get a deal on this hotel, definitely book it. I don't think it's worth the regular rate though, only because it is a pretty average experience overall.

The staff was generally nice but the room was far from comfortable. There was a terrible smell of some kind of cleaner or spray. I had two beds and on one the mattress was completely unfit for sleeping.
