Adam's Mark Buffalo

Bathroom door did not shut. Desk chair was broken, I hurt my foot on the ladder getting out of the pool because the flat ladder rung was spinning on the ladder. This hotel is not being maintained well. There were people yelling in the hallways and police in the lobby. Adams Mark Hotels should send me a refund. In the old days hotels were about hospitality and comfort. Back then they would be happy to comp you a room if you had a bad experience. That's because they believed in happy customers and repeat business!

Very polite staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Not bad for a business trip. Comfortable with a good front desk staff. Only drawback is that there are not enough nearby places for quick meals.

The hotel is a little outdated but is decent for the price. Some areas look a little rundown. The staff were all very nice. Really good food at the hotel bar. The free shuttle to the casino is a nice perk. It is not in the center of downtown but is a close walk or Uber to lots of nice restaurants and things to do. Ended up going on a pretty busy weekend when lots of kids were in the hotel but it's so big that I barely noticed once out of the lobby.

We were able to check in and out promptly. When we came into our room after our event the room was comfortable and clean. Throughout the night the room became very warm. We were unable fix the temperature in the room.

Stayed for 2 nights. 1st night was okay, 2nd night there was a fire alarm at 5 am on Sunday morning. Fire exits were soaked with water all walkways were slippery = hazard. No hot water, cobwebs in the room, the tub took 25 minutes to drain after a shower.

Clean building and rooms. Efficient and friendly staff. I stay here often and have always had great experiences.

No towels. Nails in wall (missing art work?). Furniture had lord only knows what stains on them. Shower had holes in the wall. Staff was friendly but room felt like a punishment.

This hotel feels like it hasn’t been updated in decades. Wallpaper was peeling in our room, there was a spiderweb on the smoke detector, and the tub and sink wouldn’t drain. There aren’t many options in downtown Buffalo, but anywhere would have been more comfortable than this.

This has always been my favorite place to stay in the Queen City...........great lobby, wonderful staff (special shout out to Renee)! Great food as well....

The room was mediocre, average size, tv, fridge, etc. The bathroom was small and dated with few amenities: one bar of soap which was not replaced the following day . Housekeeping was slow and inefficient.

Stayed at the hotel tonight when attending Buffalo Bills football game. Very comfortable bed with good restaurant/bar attached. Breakfast buffet is very good for additional price. Only trouble was very poor wireless Internet access. I could not check email, update my fantasy football, or search the web without turning wireless off and utilizing my cellular signal.

It was an excellent experience. all elements were first class.

Everything is outdated. The worst part of Adam's Mark is the archaic elevator system, which run at a snail's pace.

The nicest part of the hotel is the lobby. Hallways, rooms and elevators are beat up and outdated. Only 2 elevators worked when we were there. Spent lots of time waiting for one... Bathroom is too small for 2 people. Bed was ok. Not the cleanest place. Not in a good area. Parking garage is dark and dingy, backs up to an underpass and old train tracks. Not real comforting plus $10 a day to park. Won't stay again.

Hotel staff was very rude One of the beds mattresses horribly squeaking Bathroom sink was not working so well and water was a shooting all over the place. Also coffee maker was just leaking .

Our experience at the Adam's Mark in Buffalo was truly am awesome experience. the staff was friendly, clean rooms, and made my family feel like we were at home.

Extremely polite and accommodating staff. Cleanliness was good and the room was fully adequate, however the bathroom was quite small. Bed comfortable. Excellent coffee bar in room with fridge and microwave.

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Buffalo, Niagara, and Toronto. Beautiful lobby and restaurant bar. Very convenient access to the highway. The price was much lower than similar quality hotels around Niagara Falls. It's a an older downtown hotel that could use a face lift (new carpet, paint, etc.). In fact, they could charge a lot more after some renovations. $10 a night to park isn't bad for a downtown hotel in a major city. I've typically paid $20 to $40 in other cities. If you're looking for a 4-star hotel, this isn't your place. If you're looking for an upgrade over the typical chain hotel for the same price, it's a steal!

This Adam's Mark is definitely run down, with issues like peeling wallpaper, bathroom door coming apart, etc. It has extremely bad wifi, and it was difficult to get decent AT&T cellular data unless standing at the window. It does have free parking and probably the best value for around $150 downtown, which isn't saying much. We stayed in two rooms. One room had no fridge. The other, room 417, had a microwave and fridge. Since I depend on WiFi, I wouldn't stay here again.
