Have been there recently. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Several good restaurants and points of interest in a walking distance. Close o the central airport. Decent size and clean room. The double bedroom had narrow but comfortable beds. The breakfast is good not great but enough to begin the day. Friendly staff.

We chose this hotel for its close location to the Retiro bus station (from where we were catching a bus to Mendoza the next day). When we arrived in Buenos Aries we caught the Manual Tienda Leon bus into the city. Their terminal is across the park from Retiro, so Loi Suites Arenales is just as handy for that; a straight forward 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is pretty standard but well presented. The bed was very comfortable after a long flight! A buffet breakfast is included in the room price and it was very good - cereal, fruit, milk, coffee, juice, cold cuts, cheese, bread. We easily walked down to the Puente de la Mujer and Galeria Pacifico area from the hotel, so it's well placed for the main tourist sites. Friendly front desk staff with some limited English.

Excellent location close to stores and restaurant and for business trips. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Room comfortable with kitchenette. Ideal for long and short stay. The breakfast was good with excellent croissants.

Really lovely hotel. Our room had a kitchenette (which we didn't use), lounge and bedroom. The breakfast area opened onto a courtyard so it was very pleasant. All the staff were helpful. Handy for the sights and a supermarket opposite. Our room did seem just a little 'tired' but it didn't spoil our stay.

It's definitely very well located, within walking distances to attractions and restaurants. The upside doesn't go much further than that. Despite the reasonable room size, mine was really old! Breakfast was in line with BA standards of similar hotels. It also doesn't have a gym in the building and the gym they are affiliated with are as old as the hotel itself. There is a supermarket right across the street, what makes it very handy to buy any supplies or groceries. As I said, not much more than the good location.

Very friendly personnel, awesome location, great breakfast. We were allowed to do early check-in and late check-out, and liked the very friendly personal approach of the receptionist Julio- such a great guy.

Great Location: It's close to museums, restaurants, and shopping. The room was fresh, bright, extremely tasteful in whites and beiges, had a dining area and kitchen, sofa, and ample stone and tile bathroom. Also, the mattress was new, a huge plus. The staff was very helpful and spoke english. Rooms were nice and clean. Overall an excellent experience and some of the best customer service I have experienced. Definitely stay here again if i come back Buenos Aires.

Good price mid range hotel with a good location. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and spoke English which was great for assistance. The hotel is a little dated and could use a bit of updating with new carpets. Free breakfast was good. Walking distance to many good restaurants and sights. Would recomend this hotel.

The only good thing is the location: very convenient and easy to get around. The hotel and its rooms are very old and badly maintained. The rooms are noisy (very loud minibar, elevator noises and you can even hear the neighbour's doorbells) and the carpet flooring does not look very clean. The absolute worst was finding live clothes eating moths in the room.

This is a nice hotel, staff is friendly, breakfast is adequate, rooms are clean and taken care of. But the walls are incredibly thin and plumbing is so loud that I thought there is a group of screaming bats climbing in my walls - but it was just a neighbor taking a shower. You can also hear what people are talking about in other rooms. Location is nice, safe neighborhood. So it really depends if you have crazy neighbors. I still recommend the hotel.
