My stay at Boca Design was short but sweet. Ultra modern, hip, cool style, with a twist for Soccer fans. The motifs, the beautiful soccer murals on the walls and in the colors of the Argentinan soccer team. A very comprehensive breakfast and fabulous lap pool. A huge thanks to Melania at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. I will return.

Good accomodation, nice and modern with Gym, Spa, Pool and good breakfast. Large and silent room. Good for an short or long stay. Bathroom is also large and modern. Problem is restaurant/bar. At sunday they close very early so you must find something outside but close to the hotel during the weekend is all closed. So 15 min. walk or taxi for find something.

Just completed a four-nite stay. The Good: The room (in our case, a suite) was spacious, quiet and clean with plenty of open surfaces and electrical outlets. The bed was firm and comfortable. Wifi was strong and reliable. The breakfast food was hearty and plentiful. The staff was pleasant and helpful; the room was initially so poorly lit that it was impossible to read, so I asked for another lamp and one was delivered to the room promptly. The Bad: Others have mentioned that room service operates only during the day, but the two bigger negatives worth noting are the location and the fitness center. The streets surrounding the hotel were about the dodgiest we encountered in BA four days. Making that worse is that the immediate area is undergoing what appears to be a long-term road construction project, so getting to the hotel is dicey; cabs cannot always easily drive up to it, so you might have to walk 2 blocks with your bags on very torn-up, uneven, narrow sidewalks. Re: the fitness center, the website touts the hotel's lap pool, but it keeps very limited hours and opens only at 9 -- if you're lucky. The first morning, it opened at 9:30, the second at 12:30. The pool itself is covered in a glossy dark cobalt blue tile -- a serious safety issue, since it's almost impossible to tell when you're approaching the wall to avoid hitting your head. The flooring outside the shower stalls is like a slip-and-slide when wet (and, given the shower design, it becomes a big puddle.) So I'd advise staying at this hotel only after the major street work is done -- and then just be very, very careful in the health club.

We stayed here two nights while in Buenos Aires. What a great place! Very chic décor (Boca Juniors theme) which was fun. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly (everyone spoke enough English that it made it easy for us who speak no Spanish), and the rooms were spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable (loved the shower and Jacuzzi tub!) The only downside was the room service stopped before 6pm, and the restaurant wasn't open in the evening, but there are places not too far away and if you don't want to go out they will order pizza for you from the local pizza place (I don't recommend that as it took more than 2 hours and was cold when it arrived). Great location for walking around.

The hotel was booked as part of a travel package so we didn't know what to expect. The staff was friendly and the room was large and well maintained. We only stayed one night so we did not use any of the onsite amenities. I did find the larger than life soccer players as decor a bit odd.

This hotel was booked as an extension onto our journey and I didn't know what to expect, even though we have been to BA before. I am happy to report that we were really pleased with this property and the people that work here couldn't be nicer. I didn't understand the name and the theme until I saw it for myself-big football fans. The whole hotel is decorated creatively with images of football players and colors, and we really enjoyed it. There was a great gym that I used, the lap pool looked so nice, but we didn't have time as we were only there one night and there were places to walk to and tangos to see. So as far as walking, the location was excellent, we were there on Sunday so we could take advantage of the marketplace as well as walk around some of the many highlights of this beautiful city. The staff was very professional and went out of their way to help confirm a reservation that we made through a third party for a Tango dinner. The room was comfortable and clean, they made us an early breakfast to accomomodate our early flight. Would definitely look for this hotel again!

The Hotel lobby is accurate decorated with Football team colors. The Restaurant offers an executive lunch menu at affordable rates, the waiters are nice. Nevertheless, then it's full of people it becomes very noise. Anyhow, it's worth the visit if you are a soccer fan at least.

My sister and I stayed here overnight after our flight from Auckland in December 2016, there were some roadworks going on and you couldn't be dropped off at the front door of the hotel. Our transfer drivers were all very helpful and walked us to the door. We were headed for Ushuaia and a cruise to Antarctica so we weren't spending much time in Argentina. Being able to check in from 12pm is gold, all we could think about was food and sleep! The ladies at reception were so lovely and helpful (we were so glad they spoke English). We had fallen asleep and missed the open hours for the restaurant at the hotel but the lovely ladies at reception had some menu's from local take away stores that would deliver to the hotel - they even places the order for us! The rooms were a little dated but they were very clean and a decent sizes with lovely bathrooms. The halls were a little dark due to the artwork but it didn't feel dingy and you could find your way easily. There are no kitchen facilities in the rooms but the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and early dinner. We had an early flight out the next day so we didn't have a chance to do much exploring or local walks but the ladies at reception were very knowledgeable and helpful if you wanted to know where to get things or where to eat. We stayed a second night on our way home and were able to get reception to book us a transfer to the international airport AND they let us have an early check out - no extra charge. Couldn't be happier with the team there, so helpful and friendly.

This hotel is not a five star by American Standards but very nice hotel. Great service. Awesome hotel theme with boca juniors. Great value. Right now there is construction by the hotel but it wasnt a inconvenience. A few of the streets close to the hotel are a little dangerous at night. But 2 blocks from the hotel you are a major street of the city. Close to major attractions besides the streets right by the hotel, the location is fantastic.

I have visited few hotels in argentina and it seems that all hotels have at least one extra star comapring to europe standards.. Hotel was good, clean, new, modern and i have only complain about the kitchen... food was fast food type, limited choice (main meal...2 options?!) And it closes at 18h... so no dinner no room service after 18h... how can you have 4 stars and not have a kitchen?! Otherwise good, location, service... english speaking staff... Would go back anytime!
