The customer service was fantastic. The front desk staff couldn't do enough for us. They were kind and totally responsible. Hats off to all.

Facilities were great and staff was helpful and friendly. Our stay was brief, but comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, able to arrange transfer to/from airport.

The hotel is located in a great area of Buenos Aires on a relatively quiet street with many stores, bars, and restaurants very close. The staff is very friendly, bilingual, and helpful. One drawback is that the floors and walls are concrete which amplifies noise anywhere in the hotel and especially in adjacent rooms. (I could hear every conversation and TV show taking place in the adjoining room as if it was in my room)

This hotel is in an amazing location with a staff that treat it each as if they individually own it, completely amazing!! Very very impressed and happy with how we were treated from check in to check out! I would stay there again in a heartbeat:) Thank you to everyone who made my stay wonderful.

The experience was exellent, the staff really made confortable the experience. The only thing was that the Room is a little small For 3 people. The food was great.

This hotel had a good location in Palermo. Front desk staff were excellent at providing suggestions and directions. Lobby and room off the breakfast area were modern and homey at the same time. Pool area is small so don't expect resort sized pool area. Buffet even included omelets and eggs made to order (a first for us after 10 days) We upgraded to a larger room that had a huge jacuzzi bath. We wish we stayed here earlier, although Palermo is not near a lot of the historical attractions. Palermo is good for shopping, cafes and restaurants.

The staff is amazing. i was very sick the day of checkout and laid in the lobby couch with no problem. They even brought me tea and cheese with no charge after I could start eating again. Great location. My only issue with the room is that we had one large window that faced other glass walls. if we wanted day light we had no privacy in our room because anyone in th elobby or hotel could see what we were doing. otherwise great location and staff.

The stay at the hotel was very good. Room is small (not really worth the high price for the Classic room) but clean and cozy. Breeakfast is very good with plenty of choises and staff is very well educated and trained. Overall rate is very good. Just one bad note, regarding the chief of the reception (Guillerme). He was not gentle at all.

We loved this hotel. The location is great (in the bohemian Palermo Soho neighborhood), the staff was extraordinarily helpful (they booked us airport transfers, dinner reservations), and the room and breakfast were first rate. The hotel is chic in its design but the staff were all friendly. The only downsides: Our room was small, and the hotel doesn't have a fitness center. That said, there's no reason to spend much time in the room (we were out exploring Buenos Aires), and there's a gym around the corner that you can use for a small fee.
