The location is awesome right in the middle of Palermo SOHO. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Always felt safe even at night. The front desk staff is excellent. The rooms are reasonable sizes and have very nice extra large king size beds. Here is the problem. The hotel itself is very noisy. The floors are concrete and you hear every noise from above, below, next door and the elevators. The designer did not take this into account and instead put in heavy noisy furniture the makes terrible noise when it is moved. Every chair moving, footstep, door opening is magnified throughout the hotel. A good nights sleep is not possible.

After 10 hours in a flight I thought I would have to wait till 3pm to the check in, we arrived at 12pm and they made us an early check in. Previous of my arrive I did the arrangements by e mail for the transportation from and to the airport, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was complete. I’m from Puerto Rico and my fiancé is from Argentina and both of us had a variety for our preferences. The staff in the lobby and at the bar were always kind and willing to help us on every need that we had. The facilities at the hotel were great, lobby, area of the bar, the room, the view and most of all the terrace that they have. Having the opportunity to enjoy the sunset and the splendor of the night was fantastic-this is a most. We really had a special time. If in the future, I’ll need to visit Buenos Aires again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. Thanks for being part of a such important trip to us.

My wife and I found it easy to get around buses come often, trains also.

Very clean, diligent guest service, good breakfast

Friendly staff and fast atrention to any request. Clean rooms and good location on Palermo restaurant area.

Well located at a fair price. They where remodeling the lobby so it'll be better from now on.

Comfortable rooms in a small hotel with very helpful staff. Convenient location in a busy but safe neighborhood near shopping, restaurants and bars. Hard to beat.

Everyone at the hotel bends over backwards to take care of you and address your interests. The neighborhood is residential and you get a great feeling for the ways of the city and its people. It is blocks away from everything from fruit stands to supermarkets, good restaurants, stores and the local metro (subte)to move beyond the walkable attractions and reach out to the rest of the city. Inexpensive cabs readily available too. A ride to downtown is less than US$10.

Nice cosy spot where the staff were extremely helpful under some difficult circumstances.

Great location. Right in Palermo Soho, so easy walking to many restaurants and bars. However, this makes it difficult to get to other tourist attractions (trade-off). Rooms are small and exactly as seen on the website. The staff were terrific, best part of this hotel. They always had great suggestions and arranged cabs, soccer tickets etc.

Although there were several good restaurants in the area - there was nothing else in that area and the Police's continuous walking patrol of the street actually made me wonder "why" and if the street was in a bad part of the city. Our flight home was late night 11:20 p.m. and when I asked for late checkout (after a 4 night stay) I was told that check out was noon and only if they had vacancy could it be extended past noon and then only till 6:00 p.m. and for a charge of 50% of the nightly rate. They were not able to do any of the normal small amount of money exchange that you expect from a hotel. They sent me on a 8 block walk to a bank where I took a number and after a 1 1/2 hour wait I was able to get change. The hotel staff was great - spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast only average and room very good. The bed was very good and something larger that a King by at least 1/4. We spent 4 days after our cruise here and 5 days before our cruise at another hotel (725 Continental near the obelisk .) The 725 was much nicer and only $15 per night more expensive. Better breakfast with longer serving hours -- better part of the city -- Very close to City tour bus headquarters and right beside Florida street - a really wonderful walking street with bargain shops and street stalls that spread their goods on the street. They were very accommodating in exchanging dollars to Pesos.

Very helpfull and friendly.

Beautiful room, large with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful service, employees speak English and Spanish. Great bathroom with adequate sized shower and hot water! Quiet neighborhood, not a long walk from a town square with restaurants and night life. Approx 7 block walk to subte (their subway). Only complaint, no separation of floors with smoking/nonsmoking rooms, got a nonsmoking room that smelled of cigarettes. Would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires, extremely affordable for the luxury it offers. Not a bad complimentary morning breakfast, either.

Very nice and modern hotel! Great breakfast included in the price. Location is super for access to the Metro (Subte) and walking to restaurants. My recommendation, get a room in a high floor, there is a school near by, I could hear sound of children but it didn't bother me that much. For under 100, this is a great hotel, i would go elsewhere for over 100
