Internet doesnt work in room and staff not properly responding. Ac can't be turned off it just keeps blowing. Coupled with a view on nothing the hotel looks better than it is. Won't go again.

The location of this hotel is excellent; all the major attractions are in a walk distance from it. We stayed in a good size room, with a very high ceilings and modern furniture. The bathroom was the disappointment of our stay, it really needs an emergency clean up, the toilet always leaked water on the floor after flushing and the tile grout in the shower area had build up mildew. The breakfast was very basic and in my opinion kind of lame for the city.

Hotel was very well located, clean and basic rooms with good deco. WiFi Internet worked well. Free Breakfast was OK. If you plan to go there just to sleep this was a very good option for the price.

Great location! Front staff very helpful. I would recommend this place highly to any persons visiting the area. Nice room with high ceiling and nice artwork . Close walking proximity to major tourist attractions.

Stayed for our honeymoon. Shower doors are only half doors so water gets onto the floor. Strange but not the end of the world. Staff friendly, next to a great mall and Florida shopping district. Not too far of a walk to Plaza San Martin or Puerto Madero.

Excellent central BA location. Modern rooms albeit on the stark modern style for some people. Good value without unneeded frills. I appreciated the splendid support at the front desk. University students with good command of English (English is not spoken by most in that region). The hotel is located inside the top high-class shopping center in BA (Pacifica Galleria). I would stay at the Esplendor hotel again. We are traveling frequently and found BA to be a very interesting place with a definite "foreign" country atmosphere. Friendly people but knowing Spanish will be helpful. John in Seattle

Rooms were spacious and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located a block from the Florida Ave shopping. Great place for the money. Would definitely stay here again. If arriving early they offer early check in if prearranged.

Very contemporary and full of unique artwork. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I arrived from the port(ship) at 8.00 p.m. exhausted and went directly to my room. My partner phoned repeatedly to talk to me but the hotel operator did NOT connect him to Rm.202.He had the correct hotel and number, but no one there made an effort to connect him to my room. Service is truly deplorable. They were indifferent, and couldn't care less about service. Then imagine my surprise when I had to checkout by 10 a.m., the earliest time I have ever experienced for checkout.I pleaded with them to stay until 12 noon, but they were adamant.I am a single elderly woman who needed the extra time to prepare for my flight home to Canada. My plane departed 7.00 p.m. from Buenos Aires International Airport. They were totally inflexible.I scrambled to get out, and did not even have time to shower,...then put my luggage in storage and went for a walk.I would never recommend this hotel.

The Esplendor is located in Microcenter close to the prime Florida St. shopping and Cordoba St. dining. The hotel has an interesting modern decor with large paintings deocrating the central atrium. We were welcomed by a young energetic staff that just wanted to help us with anything we needed. The included continental breakfast was very nice.

Although Buenos Aires' Microcentro neighborhood is not the toniest part of town, the Esplendor manages to sparkle amidst the somewhat seedy surroundings. From the incredibly welcoming staff to the sleekly designed space, this is a top-notchl hotel. Furthermore, one needs only to walk several blocks to experience a superior Buenos Aires. And the hotel is an ideal size with four beautifully designed floors surrounding an impressive atrium. The Esplendor de BA is ideal for the traveler who demands luxury without the lavishness of a stuffy 5-star hotel.
