Small hotel but friendly staff and very helpful. Location was great and within walking distance to shopping. Also felt safe around the neighborhood walking at night.

Hotel was Great and clean! Staff very helpful and attentive.. nice breakfast selection, will definitely return if possible.. Teo was especially Helpful, and Friendly!!

Central and safe location. Great breakfast buffet.

We liked its location. It was very close to the Obelisc and Florida Street. Walking distance to main attractions. Good food and service. They had a variety of choices for breakfast.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in March 2014. Besides being closer to attractions in the city, breakfast buffet served in the hotel provided hot food and delicious pastries. We booked a regular room. But, they gave us a room with jacuzzi. It was big, clean and comfortable. This is a good deal for what you paid for in Buenos Aires. Hotel staff can speak English and are very friendly. We booked many day trips from the hotel and really enjoyed them. We had wonderful memory of this vacation.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Area around hotel appeared rough although no incidents occurred. Close to tourist sites. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good. We ate supper in the hotel's restaurant and the meal was excellent.

friendly stuff, good value. the pool is very small.

This hotel presents a great location, walking distance for the main attractions , close to Puerto Madero and lots of Tangos' places. The staff was nice, gave me an upgrade to the penthouse for the same price booked for a standard room. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel , just crossing the "Calle Paraguay" . Buy water and things to fill up the refrigerator in the room by a fraction of the hotel's prices. On the Calle Florida, just few blocks down from the hotel, there is plenty of non-official dollar traders paying the double for your buck to exchange by the peso. Nowadays, the US$ is very strong there (like 9 pesos per dollar) , so makes the trip well worthwhile (and cheap!) .

Staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Nice place to stay at the end of the day. Nice buffet breakfast.

I had good experience by staying in this hotel. Although the reservation made by the website did not help too much (they placed the reservation on the 1st floor with 2 single beds and I was traveling with my wife for a wedding celebration...) the front desk attendant (Mr. Federico) made the difference and understood my situation, upgrading immediately ( free of charge) to the 14o floor (penthouse). Hotel is clean and neat, breakfast is good as the average Argentinian ones (nice coffee, milk, "media lunas" etc). Location is also great, affordable walking distance to the main attractions (Casa Rosada, Puerto Madero, Theater Colon, Recoleta, Gallerias Pacifico Mall, Calle Florida, etc). Price of this hotel is basically the same charged by the IBIS chain, but much better . You may book on the front desk the attractions that you are looking for (Tango Presentations, City Tours and so on).

I stayed with my family for five days and was very satisfied. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Location is excellent. And the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff especially were very willing to call around and find out what was open, prices, etc. The breakfast is fairly typical and the space a little cramped but no real complaints. My only quibble: the pool is seasonal (open roughly September to March) which should be noted on the hotel description. My kids were disappointed luckily we had a huge jetted tub in the room!
