This was our second stay in two years, and we will continue to come back. Staff is always helpful and courteous, room was excellent (the family suit) and comfortable for all five of us. Breakfast was great, even though the waffles were out of service. Only problem is that the pool area still has a strong sewage smell, not as bad as last time we were here but still needs attention.

My tv and phone went dead at 6:00 pm. Then they said they would move me to a second floor room and the entire floor smelled like smoke so I asked if they could put me somewhere else. They said that was all that was a sip and did not even attempt to repair or check the tv and phone to see what the problem was. I would up having to leave and stay at another hotel
The room was very nice and looked like it had been renovated recently. Bed was comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave, but otherwise enjoyed the stay,
Good location. We had a room in the back so the view was great. They just changed hands and are working out some issues but the staff are trying to please. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We got the best price with Orbitz.
Didn’t have my reservation. Couldn’t get any of the room keys to work. No hot water in one of the rooms. Price was more than what I was told on orbitz. Very disappointed in our stay
The room was very nice and had a very good bed. The lobby was very nice and had a very good breakfast. The pool and fitness area looked nice but the hot tub was inoperable. It was good for and overnight stay but, would have liked a mini frig and microwave in the room for a longer stay.
