The staff was extremely friendly, I feel they went above and beyond to help make the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, the area was decent, the room showed its age a little bit. Even with the issue we had we would stay there again without a doubt. The only issue that we had during our 7-night stay, was if we came back to the room after 9 pm we had to get the room key resynced. Which was 6 out of the 7 nights. With 2 kids coming back from a baseball tournament and theme parks late at night it was not desirable.
Our stay was good we went to knotts scary n with uber it was just a short ride away. Beds were comfortable and clean room was spacious and quiet.
The property was old but in acceptable condition. The beds were firm and the room was clean.
While we were sleeping , we could feel bedbugs on the the bed, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant
Pool hrs were not good, hotel over all was not kept up.
Checkin is outside in the evening and there's only 1 staff open in the window and there's already line outside in the parking lot and customers are already tired & need assistance.
Hotel was shady, continental breakfast was only water/muffin/apple/yogurt. Key cards malfunctioned and at one point staff locked us out of the room.
Overall the property was in great condition.
The service was great, the staff is very awesome, always had a room at any convenience. I like coming to this hotel anytime i travel. Even if parking can be a little trouble to find but everything else is good though.
Awful I was with my elderly grandmother in a wheelchair that's going through cancer just got back from the dr after 2 tumors removed they wouldn't let us get a room we already reserved?????
The ratings for this hotel are very deceptive, beware it's not truthful. The hotel is definitely dated, and dingy looking. Lady at check in was nice, and friendly. No breakfast anymore, room stunky badly of cigarette smoke, the smell was annoying for a non-smoker. Requested room cleaning two days in a row, and the room was not cleaned completely. The restroom slightly cleaned up and vacuumed the carpet, nothing else. Never any clean towels, ever. You can hear every sound in the hallway and other guests upstairs. I am not kidding, every conversation from my neighbors I heard. Also, homeless hanging around out front, just a couple of them which was kind of scary. pros: location cons: cigarette smell, no towels EVER, unsafe feel, no room cleaning

It's a very nice hotel, it's quiet & your able to come & go, nobody harassing you. Very professional & polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
