I just say two words! Too awful!! I never been treated like this before. Staff was unkind and racist toward asians. The looks we got, even from the Boscolo Hotel staff (supposedly 5 star), were not "how can we help you" but were "what do you want." We did not feel welcome. Also when we first got there our room was not clean at all. The appliances were sticky. The bedroom floor was sticky in places with previous spills. There were dust balls everywhere. We asked for room service. They took the tip we left them and basically only replaced the towels. The bed was not even made. Everything that was sticky remained sticky. The dust balls which were the size of golf balls were still floating around. This hotel not only turned us off to this company's properties but also to the country. Yes, that bad. This place needs another twenty years or so before they get socio-ethnically acclimated. Would never recommend this hotel. I would not stay here for free.

The hotel experience was great but the area just ok...worst of all, they charged my credit card $71 for incidentals which I did not use...Watch your credit card statements!!!

I was very happy to stay 5 days in Boscolo residence! Convenient location, helpful staff.,, We will come back again

It is for sure not 5 star hotel. Maybe Boscolo hotel is, but their version Boscolo residence worth maybe 4 star. But it works for me. I stay there one night for good price, do I have nothing complain about.

Wasn't expecting much, but was very impressed with the room after checking in. It's more of a one bedroom condo than hotel room. Great value.

This has got to be one of the best values for a hotel stay I have ever had. The room was furnished laid out like a convertible studio and felt like a very chic and modern condo. At $120/night, it felt like a steal.

good central location.friendly staff. convenient suites.the problems are lack of passage to the adjacant boscolo hotel.and there is no option to use the telephone to ext.calls
