Stayed for one night recently whilst visiting Bletchley Park. Excellent value for money. All staff very polite and helpful. Room very comfortable, nice soft towels. Plenty of choice for breakfast, will definitely recommend and visit again, thank you

Had a good stay, nice bedroom all refurbished, plug sockets by the bed as well which is excellent. The breakfast was standard holiday Inn express with everything available. Great price as well with free parking.

Second to none in every dpt. Staff could not do enough for you. Food good, bedrooms excellent. Would recomend this hotel to eyeryone. Had great time. Jobn+rob. PS. Definitly going back!!!!!!!!!. Well worth booking in. Its hard to see how you can better this in view of price ETC,ETC.

I don't normally book the Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes because over the years it has become tired, however there was not much choice available on this occasion. Wow what a difference the room had been re-fitted, modern stylish and comfortable. Thanks Holiday Inn MK.

Just like to say that although holiday Inn express has a corporate decor this milton Keynes branch stood out for me. I have stayed in over 8 different ones around the UK and the MK one is by far the best. Seems to have a firmer mattress than the others. A great breakfast ( the new cooked breakfast is much better than before).

Usually stay at other hotels when visiting MK with my kids, but we weren't disappointed in this one. Very friendly welcome by receptionist who let us leave our suitcase as we arrived early to visit Gullivers. This hotel is a little further out than Novotel, Jury's inn etc, but closer to Gullivers and has a lovely lake and park nearby. Beds and room were lovely, good value and clean. Bathroom was great too with modern finishings. Breakfast is included and it is self service, buffet hot and continental. Shame no bacon but food was good overall. The plus side is that Harvester is across the road and really lovely for dinner after a long day instead of going back into town. Would stay again.

Fantastic choice. Everything about the stay was brilliant. Dining room in hotel, and 24 hour bar. Rooms immaculate. Breakfast included in price of room (unlike the hotel across the lake)! Would recommend and come back myself if in the area.

Very helpful, informed staff. Really clean, smart room - I think they've had a recent refurb - and it looks lovely. Very good value as breakfast & wifi is included too (I paid £88). Brekky was great, really decent choice of cold & hot food. There's air con in room too plus a funky armchair and small table, useful for laptops. Parking was ok (free) but the site is shared with a Harvester restaurant, so in the evening most spaces were taken, though think you could park a bit further away. You can also take a complementary copy of the 'i' newspaper each morning. I managed to leave behind something in the room at check-out, but when I came back it had been handed in so was very happy!

The Asian man who checked us in (sorry, I didn't get his name) displayed some of the best customer service I have come across in a very long time, and as I work for BA, I have travelled a lot! We got an early check in and a late check out, (the latter without me even asking for it!) at no extra cost. On my request a taxi was booked for us, which turned up on time. I needed help getting the lights on and the same guy was there almost as soon as I put the phone down. Unlike most hotel rooms, our room was very well designed, with a plug socket right next to the mirror (you'd be amazed how rare this is). We loved the bathroom door with its double functionality - genius! Breakfast was great value with plenty of choices. I loved the fact that the bar was open 24 hours. Not that we used it, but it was nice to know it was there, had we wanted to. I was expecting a budget, fairly functional hotel and was very pleasantly surprised! And very conveniently located minutes from the motorway.

Stayed with daughter, grandson, and grand daughter in one room. Plenty of space, good showers with plenty of towels, great breakfast., and fresh fruit to take in the morning. Quiet situation and very central.
