We used a Groupon voucher for a Champagne Breakfast. It was excellent. Staff were very attentive, food was plentiful - with great choices. Buffett or Cooked or both! With any Hilton you have great ambience. Would definitely go again on a discount voucher as otherwise we felt it was too expensive.
I could do with being up dated but that said the staff, Carmen and Nina were so helpful and welcoming, even though Carmen is from Valencia! The beds are a slightly hard but after a long drive the rooms are comfy. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles. The food/ breakfast was lovely. A nice hotel.
Although my room wasn't 100% the bed creaked with every turn! The room didn't look inviting and fresh, staff on reception and the choice for breakfast was amazing and fresh were excellent .Had a good stay and would book again as a peaceful area.
AWFUL! This was the most shocking experience. Worst afternoon tea and the swimming pool area closed for refurbishment therefore did not get the fitness day passes that was paid for. Will never go back
Nice and peaceful location; as this Hotel is just opposite my office; I travel everyday and see this beautiful Hotel. I used to visit for my gym, nice and clean place, plus the hotel is surrounded with greenery.
I stay here often due to work commitments. I find the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are always clean, well equipped. I have used the restaurant and the food is well presented and the menu has a good variety.
Lovely hotel in good quite location. Friendly staff and clean hotel. No complaints, just excellent. Highly recommended. Just a slight pity there is no pool as the hotel has the space for one adjacent to the hotel building.
Stayed for 1 night as a family of 4 2 adults and 2 kids aged 2 & 12. Did not eat evening meal at the hotel but the breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and kids loved making their own waffles. Room whilst basic was comfortable and clean with the huge tv which again the kids loved. Very close to centre of Milton Keynes if you want to go for something to eat out as we did. Overall very good and would definitely stay again.
Lovely welcoming family friendly hotel. Very clean tidy and large rooms. Excellent selection of toiletries. Ample parking. Quiet rooms with all the facilities you'd need. Large tv. Not far from town centre and a retail village
We have just stayed in two Hiltons in one week, this one and the Hilton Northampton. After staying in the Northampton Hilton it is very obvious just how under par this one is. The rooms are dated and shabby. The facilities lacking and the staff are simply just doing their jobs (which is ok but I have just written a glowing review for the Northampton Hilton based mainly on how wonderful the staff were there). My husband asked for decaf coffee and was told by two staff members that they don't do decaf. I still can't believe this is the case as I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't offer little sachets of decaf coffee in the rooms. The staff even went further to say that they might have it in the breakfast room but it's not open and very unlikely (how helpful!!!). The staff were not rude and the hotel was not terrible but it is not up to the Hilton standard I am used to. It simply is a very poor and basic hotel at a high price.
