This hotel was very convenient as it was on the route we took from Devon to Norfolk. We were made very welcome and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Good dinner and excellent breakfast. Comfortable room with a huge bed.

Quick overnight with friends. Have stayed here before. Clean and tidy room. Bar? Reception, function and dining areas all getting tired. OK but drinks disproportionately expensive for this type of hotel. £9+for a G+T? £5+ for pint of Heineken. Doesn’t make me want to return.

We chose the hotel based on price and proximity to Bicester Village. Room was clean and tidy and had brewing facilities in the room. Breakfast was lovely In the morning wished the had a veggie sausage option. Our stay was comfortable and hassle free.

Comfortable room with all necessary facilities Pleasant staff and very helpful Great breakfast, plenty of choice, good restuarant food, drinks a bit pricey. Good location Busy road but ok if you are away from front of Hotel Overall good experience Good leisure centre. Drinks a bit pricey.

Used this hotel as a base, having visited Oxford and then going to Bletchley Park (about 30 mins), a Cotswold tour and Waddesdon Manor (about 30 mins). Rooms very clean and well presented, staff friendly and helpful and food excellent. The restaurant generally met the challenge of delivering 40 dinners in quick succession. Leisure facilities a welcome bonus. Would certainly stay here again.

A good, reasonably priced hotel, just outside of buckingham. The facilities include a good, clean pool and jacuzzi. I statyed at this hotel for almost 6 months, whilst working at a local business on contract. During this time, I stayed in a number of different bedrooms throughout the hotel. The rooms are what you would expect for a Best Western type hotel; always clean and functional. The bathrooms are basic however, they are always clean and certainly adequate. The beds were all good and very comfortable. There was free wifi throughout the hotel and the reception was normally more than adequate; I was even able to take part in a video conference with work from my bedroom Staff were all very friendly and very helpful; they would always accommodate my wishes wherever possible. I would certainly stay again if working in or around Buckingham.

Stayed here for a few days whilst visiting attractions in the area. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel as we weren't expecting much. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast and dinner were very good and the leisure centre contains all you need. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in the neighbourhood.

An ideal location for our group of eleven people to meet for a two night stay as within easy walking distance of the town itself. Everywhere was lovely and clean - just perhaps a little tired in places. There's a great swimming pool - really warm, with an "intimate" jacuzzi next to it. Breakfast was very good but pastries didn't get topped up for those eating later. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I stayed for 2 nights on business. As a business type hotel, the room and facilities were OK. It was quite expensive for what it was. The swimming pool was welcome and the room was large and quite comfortable. The things that really let the hotel down was the lack of atmosphere / imagination in the bar - restaurant area and the lack of quality of the food. The bar area had a very crackly Radio 1 playing or if it was turned off, total silence. I could best describe the atmosphere at 8 pm as that of a nursing home with a bar. Unfortunately the food was very poor, both in the eveni g and at breakfast. I ate 15 minutes after breakfast started and the beans and hash browns were cold. The staff were helpful and efficient. Woul not stay again I'm afraid.

A good hotel for work or play. Decent location. Very friendly and accommodating front of house staff. Rooms clean, a good size with a high level of comfort and cleanliness. Power points and usb outlets beside the bed are a great asset. Use of the spa is free and for the later arrival stays open to enable the guest to have a quick dip. Breakfast are wonderful with plenty of choice and a good quality .. you can always tell by the sausage! 🤣 will definitely stay again
