A good option for this town. The inn was decent, a few minor items needed more cleaning. No issues. Very few good options in town.

Clean, neat, quiet. Nice area. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay (if very short due to getting in at 3 am). Key was left for me, check in flawless. Room was very large and spacious for 4 girls who all needed to get ready at the same time! TV was huge and had the option of refrigerator/freezer/microwave if needed. Owners very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

This hotel was overpriced and outdated. I was surprised at all the positive reviews for this hotel.

If you walk into your room for one minute and walk out because you are sickened by it - no refund. Orbitz when you book online will only hold your reservation not pay the property the money you’ll have to do that when you get to this hotel so you have a chance when you arrive to take a peek at the rooms (unlike what I did which was pay their fee before I looked inside the room). The Place is pretty outdated sort of reminded me of a trucker pit stop or a super 8. Sure it’s a cheap spot but down the road at Mountain Ridge Cabins I spent only 10% more (we decided to move hotels couldn’t stand it) and it was only three blocks away. I handed the owner the key back probably 15 minutes after checking In because by time my wife didn’t want to be left alone in this hotel we went down the road checked the room in the other motel and saw what a family vacation of safety and cleanliness and moderness should get us. But after calling orbitz they won’t do anything because you have to pay this hotel directly the best they could do is have one of their representatives call the property and ask for the refund which the owner denied then told orbitz if I want to come back and stay the night anyway after I moved hotels I can but no refund because it’s after 3pm that we arrived. The other hotel Mountain Ridge Cabins was updated to the 21st century by far. If you want a hotel that looks left in a time warp from the 1970s stay at Bryce inn. Both hotels are family owned and affordable.

Motel was located in a great location for the business we had to tend to in Hatch. It's family owned and they couldn't have been more pleasant and eager to address our questions/concerns. It's an old motel and they are working on upgrading it. But I can't imagine they make a huge profit, so changes take time and money. And old is old--there's only so much you can upgrade or change.

Good location, fairly clean but outdated. Noisy air conditioner.

Older hotel. Kinda cool to have 3 beds. Small town that all closed by 9pm. Had plenty of towels, two sinks, full fridge and freezer. Definitely a fun hotel for the night. Parking great since right outside the door.

Clean and convenient. Large rooms. Not bad for an older motel.

Needed a place to stay last minute so we could take in one more day of Bryce and Zion. Room was clean and spacious. Next door had "little ones" and we could hear thumps and bumps through the walls, but couldn't hear their TV or voices. Was quiet once they settled down.

Our prices are very high the 2nd and 3rd week of September. It is our busiest time of the entire year and we are turning 10 guests away a night. If you are unhappy with your room please let the front desk know and they can move you to a different room, or to the hotel down the street upon availability.

I'm sorry your wife didn't like our furnishings. We are an older but very clean and well loved property. I have owned and lived onsite at the motel for 6 years now and have had no safety issues. We also own the Hatch Station Motel and Restaurant down the street, and could have moved you there had you spoken to us before you went elsewhere and booked. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in Hatch, it is a beautiful friendly town!
