Very old and dated property

This place was a dump. Only two outlets out of 10 worked and nothing close to the bed. It was dirty, the beds were in bad shape and it was away from any part of the Bryce Canyon "city". They had the wrong room type for the reservation. The check in guy was a little odd and just a bad experience. We would have changed but we were crashing in a middle of road trip and were only using the room for a few hours to sleep.

The name Bryce Resort is inappropriate, it is a motel, period. This place needs a good refreshing remodeling to revamp the rooms. It is too expensive for what it is. The restaurant of the motel is very poor and the cook is not good. Service is approximative and the breakfast was not ready at 7am as claimed.

Friendly, kind staff, spacious clean room complete with comforters on the bed! Delicious free breakfast with pancakes, home fries, and eggs. While there are no microwaves in the rooms, there is one with easy access in the office. Night noise was quite quiet. Though this is an older hotel, the benefits were great. Would gladly stay again.

Mildew smell, also smoke when heater was turned on 4 people in our party went to another hotel and we did not get our money back and then hotel rented room again

The room was dark and dated. The room was clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. It was just a bit dreary. The breakfast was a little weak at the restaurant that we were directed to, however it was very good when we went there for dinner the night before.

Even though property is listed as a resort, it is basically a motel with a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. It is not too far from the Bryce Canyon and shops, but not right in the middle of it either.

The resort was great for a night or two in Bryce City. Its a little outdated and weathered, but maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Room and building look old. Room had an odd smell to it. Just overall disappointed.

The resort is pretty old school motel type rooms with doors opening directly to the outside. Rooms are large. One thing that drove me crazy is the lighting in the room. There is barely enough light after dark to do anything. Fixtures are pretty awful and the light bulbs barely put out enough light to do anything. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean.

Very unkept 60's motel. No daily room servicing....Covid's over people. Hard to maintain temp with antiquated heater/SC. Room decor very old motel theme.

Plesant stay, nothing fancy, but super xlose & convenient to Bryce Canyon. Having free breakfast on site was clutch and delicious!

very helpful.

The place is located right off the highway into Bryce Canyon. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The internet was not working well. We had a hard time connecting. Breakfast was just a muffin, pastry or granola bar. Not really what was described in description.

room appeared spacious and clean for old hotel but could not tolerate cleaning fumes even after airing room out. Clerk supposedly could not find us another room even though place appeared empty. Ended up paying for one night but staying somewhere else

It is just a basic motel, towels didn't match, but it was clean, had coffee and free full buffet breakfast in a restaurant couple of minutes walking distance away. It was okay for one night. Wished it had a hot tub to soak in after a long day of hiking, but it was okay. Staff were friendly.

We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to accept 3 dogs for one night. The property is close to Bryce Canyon National Park. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor sloped and gave when you stepped on it, and there were exposed wires beneath the bathroom sink. We could see light between the exterior door and the doorframe on all 4 sides. The cabin had a lot of charm, but it needs some TLC. This property has so much potential. I hope it gets the attention that it needs from the property owners!

It had a good breakfast included
