Nice location for food and shopping. Very clean and upscale. Staff was friendly. Grab N Go breakfast. Walls are thin! Lots of noise on my floor from running kids to TVs to zoom meetings. Pool was dirty and freezing!!
Check in went smoothly. The night clerk was very sweet and helped me with my issuses. When I got to my room upon entering there was a strong Marijuana smell. I went back down stairs and told the clerk about it immediately. Because with a $100 incidental deposit I didnt want to be charged. She apologized and offered another room. I was fine with the room. Just didnt want to be charged for the smell. Getting back to my room, I go to turn on the corner lamp and found dog feces behind it. I called down to the front desk and let the clerk know. She was very accommodating and again offered me another room. I accepted and switched to a different room. The rest of my stay was very nice. The desk staff were great.
Our suite was large and well-appointed. Very, very friendly staff. They enforced the mask wearing throughout, which we really appreciated. The place is highly dog friendly. We'd stay again for sure.
