Good points - very helpful reception staff, good position for Brussels access with subway close by. Negative points - room servicing inconsistent, with omissions most days. Breakfasts hot if you go early, only just warm later. One day no hot food available at 09.35 but request to the kitchen said " nothing more available". Protest to Management at that time produced no response. There is a daily charge of 4.32 euros for local tourist tax which is not notified when you prepay your booking. This hotel has a little way to go before it reaches the standards of the Hilton Group.
What one expects from this chain, clean, simple, well decorated, & comfortable rooms with good efficient service. Room size was good, water pressure and temperature very good too. Not too close to main town centre but this is reflected in price, a short ride away on public transport or uber though, or 30 min walk.
Good basic hotel but marred by poor customer service at front desk and breakfast. Staffed by folks who were bored or disinterested in helping customers from check in or giving directions. Just an okay stay. Not what you would expect from a Hilton Brand.
Very clean and convenient location. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Mattress was very uncomfortable but room was clean and comfortable.
This hotel is a complete state of permanent chaos. Whilst clean and tidy there are far too few staff who appear somewhat rude and arrogant to customers basic needs. Completely destroyed any faith I have had in this brand. As a regular business traveller I will never stay in this hotel again.
This is a good hotel but not fancy. But I found the room to be comfortable, clean and good size. It is a good 20 to 30 minute walk to the "Grand Place". I initially thought that it was a bit far and I regretted my decision to stay. However, the distance "forced" me to walk more and explored the city a little bit more. I was glad I did that. I am certain that I would have missed many locations if I had stayed right by the "Grand Place". If you are not into walking, the hotel is 2 minutes from metro station. I would recommend it for individuals who want to stay a little far from the noisy "Grand Place" areas. But for those who want to be as close to "Grand Place" as possible, this will be a bit far for you.
A bit disappointed as hotel qualifies more for 3 star hotel rather than 4. Did a reservation on their online page and there were no notification that breakfast are not included. Staff does not seem to be very much client focussed.
Very nice comfortable, reasonable priced hotel in the center of Brussels. The rooms are recently renovated and are very nice decorated. Breakfast is included in the price, simple but sufficient. In the area you can find a lot of nice restaurants. Shopping can be done close by, a bit overpriced. Parking can be done in the basement of the hotel or outside in public parking.
The hotel is located close to the city center- to Grand Place you need about 20 min walking. The design of the interiors and used furniture are really chic and yet simple. Unfortunately that's all about nice things. It could have been so good, unfortunately it was just... dirty. The not-working stinking, moldy dishwasher, dirty cutlery, glasses and mugs, hair everywhere, spiderwebs. It's not what you expect from this brand for that price. Moreover we reported the things u see in the pix to the staff. Someone was supposed to come and clean the suite properly. Instead- they just made up the bed...as a summary if it's a daily standard, the hotel should not have right to call itself a 4star hotel and should definitely lower the prices.
I visited this hotel again in March 2017 during a warm week. The room was too warm, the hotel management refused to allow the window to be opened citing some "security" issue, and the air conditioning was not switched on "until June" (or was it July). Needless to say I won't be visiting again unless they change this policy.
