I had to spend a night in Brussels and was very happy about my choice of the hotel. They offered me an extended check out time of 2:00 PM. The room was quite, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again when in Brussels.

Very close to station and city center, and easy to walk around and to ride subway. Receptionists were very kind. Extra-bed was broken and noisy, but sofa was the alternative for 3rd person.

My husband and I were there over New Years. Although we asked for King bed, they put us in a room with a double, but we were so tired from a stressful trip (we barely made a flight and lost a bag) that we were happy to stay there. It is in the business part of town, so not quaint or charming or a stone's throw from great restaurants and shopping--as a vacation we were not in the heart of the places we wanted to be. However, it was incredibly convenient to the Nord Train station from the airport and certainly within an easy walk of where we wanted to be. The staff was super helpful, spoke English, and the bar service in the lobby was complete and the atmosphere friendly.

The hotel is smaller and "boutiquey" but the entry and restaurants are very stylish and clean. I recommend both. The service is also outstanding and very helpful. Although the rooms are a little smaller (and some need a little renovation help) overall they have good amenities and a nice gym. I stayed here last year on award travel, and this year I paid to reserve a stay because I liked it so much. It helps to be Hilton Gold because you get free lunch and breakfast which is otherwise very expensive.

Staff was very helpful throughout my stay. Restaurant had great food. Perfect location right next to the main square and shops.

Would like to give this one and a half stars actually. Was clean, that's about all. Highlights of this tiny hotel room: -No place to put luggage, no drawers and no room for a bag anywhere, but one fold-out luggage rack on the wall. The catch? It's right in front of the bathroom door, so it blocks the door from opening if you actually want to use it. -Wide sink in a 30" narrow bathroom, the sink projects into the space so there is only 14" in front of it. So suck in your gut when you brush your teeth. Worse, if you are wider than 14", you cannot get past the sink to get to the shower. At all. -This may not sound like the worse thing, in the abstract, but it's far more aggravating than it sounds: No switch to turn on the bathroom light. It's a motion detector only. This means the lights turn off as you take a shower. This means when you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night there is no alternative to all the lights in the bathroom blasting on. No manual control for this. Really, what were they thinking??!!? Why the pinheads designing these rooms think they are making great decisions is beyond me.

I booked and prepaid the wrong dates by mistake and tried to change them. Despite [...]' intervention I had to forfeit my payment as they said it was a cancellation and therefore I was not eligible for a refund. I was of the view a change was not a cancellation. Despite contacting Hilton Hotels they advised it was up to the individual hotel to manage the issue.

Good location. Easy walking distance to centre and north train station. Very convenient for trains to the airport (every 15 minutes). Clean, comfortable rooms. Internet - a bit expensive at 27 Euros per day. Overall I think this is a good hotel to spend a couple of days in Brussels. Although the hotel staff were friendly, I found my stay a little problematic at the hotel, otherwise I would have enjoyed it. When I booked, our company had booked more than 20 rooms at this hotel for 4 days, yet I found myself locked out from the room twice over a hotel query of an additional 60 euro charge they wanted to charge to my bill over an invoicing error. I find this method of ensuring guest payment is unnecessary. In addition on leaving I discovered they double charged me. As I left at 6am for an early flight, before the normal staff arrive, I had to leave without resolving it. I will now have to go to the credit card company to resolve it.

We were checked in quickly, and staff at desk was very helpful. However, they did offer to take up our luggage. We put the do not disturb sign out on our room and came back and the cleaning lady was in it. Breakfast was wonderful and we had it included so it was worth it. Not sure if I would have paid the 30 euros they were charging though. The rooms were very nice, clean, and modernly furnished.

The hotel was just right for travelers who leave the hotel first thing in the morning to explore the city and maximize their stay. The location is accessible to train stations. It was a good place to stay after a whole day of walking. Clean enough and quiet enough that you do not hear everybody's door when they go in and out of their rooms. We did not have a lot of interactions with the staff. The few times that we asked them for directions and where to find good restaurants, they were approachable enough. I would say they were professional.

The hotel was satisfactory and decently located-- near the Gare du Nord and not too far from most sights. Staff was friendly and the room was satisfactory if not a little small. The hotel website's only directions for getting there from the airport said "Take a cab." Why not include directions via public transportation?
