The property is certainly best suited for rental tenants who do not cook or the need to clean laundry/linen(no cooktop, utensils, washer/dryer). Supplied coffee but not the right coffee maker to make it. As a VRBO owner myself, I make sure my property is well maintain of cleanliness, always exterminate and clbefore guest arrive! I had to clean up dead & some live roaches as soon as we entered. Also, no extra bed li en supplied, so I had to go pur chase my own bedding, lysol, and bug spray to assure that disinfection and no crawling bugs get in our belongings. Bottom line cost really should not reflect the cleanliness especially when a cleaning fee is charged.

My only concern was that I didn’t realize there were two rentals and I awkwardly tried to walk into the wrong one. Reasonably clean, comfortable and convenient. The noise from the bar across the street was not a problem. Owner made good efforts to soundproof
