Nice hotel in the outer of Bruges old town. Bathrooms were of cabinet type, placed inside the room, made of plastic. The hotel is on a corner of two streets and has not restaurant. Breakfast was served in a room at the back of the hotel. Ok, but small breakfast buffet. Parking in a public subterranean parking.

What a nice little gem of an hotel.very Nice large room very clean and the shower was large and powerful water flow. can recommend this hotel in the center of Bruges..near to every thing going on around Bruges..we stayed one night. But I would book again for longer next time.

We arrived at Bruges around 11 am and stop by this hotel to check our booking. The guy at the reception just said come back at 14:30 then we asked at least if he could check our booking, he said no need. Then we told him that we would be back late at night and he said it is ok (he was eating something and not sure if he even listened to us). Then we left the hotel and walked around the city as we planned. Around 9 pm we received a phone, the receptionist was calling and he said that he would be canceling our booking and giving our room to someone else if we were not present at the hotel in half an hour. We interrupted our plan and rushed back to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we reminded him our talk in the morning and he denied his statements and made some untrue claims such as he told us to come "at 19:30" and he said that they have rules and their check-in time is between 14:30-19:30. Finally, he told that the room booked to us was broken and he sent us to another hotel. In conclusion, the staff was very rude and unethical. He ruined our evening in our vacation. Stay away from this hotel!

I was on the top floor of the lace hotel and it is lovely and clean and tidy. Private bathroom and a view of construction at the moment which woke me up this morning. The staff are friendly and all speak English, really helpful and the hotel is close to pretty much everything. Unfortunately you're next a line of busy pubs so it was noisy in the evening but it wasn't too bad. I'd really recommend it.

The strange fibre glass pod style toilet/wet room is so out of date these days, so small, irritating shower curtain. The sink was cracked and showing its age. The taps didn't fit the sink unit properly. No soap in the soap dispenser ! Doors didn't instil confidence. The whole place was in serious need of renovation. Couldn't have breakfast in the hotel due to ongoing works. Great location for station, parking, town.Very friendly/helpful staff

The outside of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The room is super basic and the bathroom was smelly. It was okay for a night stay and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to most attractions. May come back in the future.

Ideal for somewhere to put your head for 3 nights, clean and friendly staff. When I got there they gave me a discount card so my friend and I could get money off museums etc! My room was large, TV in room, no WiFi (no issues as I used my data), bathroom is compact and needs an update but perfect for my needs. Warm shower, obviously had toilet, sink, towels, what more do you want when you're hardly in the room anyway! Would stay again.

The hotel is very well located, especially if you are driving to Brugges as the main car park is directly accessible just outside the hotel. It's convenient to get right into the heart of the old city, with plenty of bars and coffee shops really close by - especially recommended is 't Santpoortje - great ambience and lovely beer! However, the hotel is quite basic. Our room was small, the bathroom was very small and the two single beds didn't like being pushed together that much and had a tendency to move around a lot! There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby which found it's way up to the hall on the fourth floor. And thos same convenient bars could get very noisy late into the evening on the weekend.

Hotel is well located and with the price it was too good to be true. Service seemed fine on arrival, however in discovering our twin room was a double I went to reception to ask for this to be changed. The man on reception was instantly unbelievably rude and hostile and constantly interrupted me. After refusing to do anything I eventually persuaded him to have someone come up separate the beds for us. This was done as requested shortly after but the whole interaction was completely unnecessary and left a sour taste in my mouth. Bathroom was tiny like a cruise ship bathroom and shower didn’t drain so it flooded. The room stunk of cigarette smoke and was loud all night due to nearby bars. The beds were very squishy and therefore not very comfortable. P Overall would avoid at all costs

Did not enjoy our stay at all. Both beds were very old and awful to sleep in - broken, thin and dirty. Woke up every morning with a back in pain and barely slept because of poor beds and noise. We are a young couple and the two single beds were both appalling , never experienced anything like this. The room is tiny and has no airflow or air con, therefore if you put the heating on when it’s cold, you end up sweating ans then have to open the window if it gets too hot. When you open the window, you are sleeping what feels like above a night club and the sound is inbareable. So unsatisfactory beds, very average dirty linen, no air movement, loud music until 6am, shower drain clogged each morning leaving bathroom full of water (tiny porter loo looking bathroom) and to top it off, you couldn’t use the cupboards because the bed was so close, they couldn’t open. The room looked nothing like the pictures and we may as well slept in a car or a hostel. Only bonus was that it was close to central market square but I’d rather catch a bus in everyday then stay here again. It was a very unpleasant experience - I wouldn’t recommend staying here for anyone at any budget. The hotel has had a chance to respond, I did email them directly for feedback, non received in return. Been 1 month now.
