The location of the hotel is perfect sir sight seeing and shopping and everywhere can be reached on foot. Our room was tucked away in a corner of the hotel could only be reached by a lift - strange but not a problem. We used the pool once which was small but functional - not bad for such a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't bother with breakfast which seemed a bit pricy at 17 euros and given that there were plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel bar was the best thing - especially the barman Frankie who made us feel very at home and treated us like newfound friends. I would recommend the hotel for its location and for Frankie the barman.

I used this hotel when I was on business with work. The room I was given was little bit small and the towels were rough and old but the room was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of choice at breakfast with hot and cold food and above all a very good service. Furthermore, the hotel is in the heart of Bruges with pleanty of restaurants around.

Very nice hotel, spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast (hot and cold buffet). Friendly staff - receptionist who checked us in, Quirine (hope that's spelt correctly!) gave us all the usual hotel info, then explained some local pubs and restaurants to eat which were "better that the touristy ones in the square" which made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Pool is amazing - approx 10m x 5m in a sort of underground converted cellar with underwater lighting and (when we were there) relaxing classical music playing. Room was well equipped and very clean. There were (again when we went in Mar '17) works going on outside the building opposite but our room was on the road opposite and it didn't disturb us and we didn't need the provided ear-plugs! Would definately go back and recommend to friends as a great hotel to choose when visiting Bruges.

Great value hotel for the area. Location was spot on for a weekend break in Bruge. Rooms were big, airy and comfortable. Bar was cosy and inviting. The car park was full but a great value underground car park around the corner. Swimming pool and sauna was a nice touch, free to use.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great value and really good service. The rooms are a bit basic but perfectly adequate and clean. Nice pool in the basement and a relaxing afternoon sauna before heading out for dinner was great. The jazz bar is perfect for a pre and post evening out drink! Was unable to park here as not many spaces but the underground car park 50 metres away was cheaper anyway.

A friend of ours visits Bruges most years and each time, his preferred hotel is Hotel Navarra. We can see why. The service is excellent and the hotel well maintained. There's a good selection for breakfast and the staff across all areas of the hotel are friendly and professional. Unlike many of the hotels in Bruges, the Navarra has a car park, which is a bonus. The rooms we had weren't the most spacious, but hey they're only for sleeping in - you want to be out and about exploring the city. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the main square, so it's well located. Gutted I forgot to take my swimwear, even though I knew the hotel had a pool. Will definitely stay there again when we next return to Bruges.

This is a very good hotel, staff are excellent, location is minutes from main square centre, rooms are clean well maintained. I travelled with my wife for a long weekend break and when we first laid eyes on the hotel with both thought it a very charming, quaint and romantic hotel. We intend to see Bruges again and both my wife and I would be disappointed if we wouldn't be able to get in room in the Navarra!

comfortable, well managed and staffed . A 4 night stay . We had breakfast only , which was always well prepared and staffed for a buffet style . The rooms were comfortable and quiet . A good well run bar , and a pleasant rear garden .

Checked in on 10th March and checking out on Tuesday 14th March. I'm still here but because we love the Dukes piano bar with Jazz music - I thought I'd just write one now instead of waiting! Forgot to take photos of the room but our room is newly renovated and spotless - so freakin' clean! Bed is comfortable, bathroom is big with bathtub and wall hung loo and sink. Very modern. The bartenders are very friendly especially Franky - great service - great beer and drinks. Some snacks - see my photos of the bar and drinks menu. Haven't tried the breakfast so can't comment as we wandered out every morning looking for places to eat. See my other reviews for the restaurants. You can't fault this hotel at all - very good place to stay and location is excellent - easy walk to everywhere and a few minutes walk to the Markt - Belfry.

We are currently staying here at the hotel with our 2 friends. We came on Thursday and staying till Sunday. The hotel is lovely. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The barman Frankie is such a lovely man too. The hotel is on a lovely position. Close to everything. We don't want to leave. Thank you Hotel Navarra. We will definitely be back.
