This hotel is situated perfectly just about a block from the city center. The room we had was in the front near the flags. It was very spacious and immaculate. The hotel has a grotto like indoor pool and relaxing sauna. The staff are friendly and kindly made dinner reservations and a nearby restaurant for my husband and I. We will definitely be returning.

Great stay at a very friendly hotel with great staff. Lovely hot chocolate in the bar. They have a small pool with sauna and a gym. Breakfast is good a sets you up from a great day looking round the beautiful city.

Lovely hotel - situated in the heart of Bruges. 5 min walk to the main square. Hotel is clean, helpful staff , breakfast is a buffet style - very nice indeed. We used the car park opposite which was half the price of the hotel parking - just a couple of minutes walk away . Would recommend and use again .

Fantastic hotel in a great location with super facilities, including vaulted pool and gym. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Fantastic choice at breakfast, including full English or continental. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent location (taxi from station 10euros; to the station 7euros). We had a large comfortable room. Good breakfasts. Fine bar. Very helpful on reception - English spoken fortunately. We went by rail with SuperBreak. A minute to all the central sites.

Had an excellent three night stay in this hotel. Room was large, clean and modern. Great breakfast buffet and the spa and pool facilities were also very good. Very good location close to the centre and main attractions. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall was excellent value for money.

This hotel is great, immaculately clean, friendly staff, a wellness centre and great location. Also had a great shower, I really couldn't complain about anything. If I had to be picky I'd say nicer towels in the bathroom would have been good and you get a tiny chocolate when you arrive but they don't give you another each day. Sometimes they also didn't top up the tea but as I say, that would be being picky. Overall this was a great choice and my favourite of the three places I have stayed in Bruges. There is also a great coffee shop diagonally opposite called Espresso which serves superb coffee!

Came to Bruges for the first time for a 3 night break, we looked at a few hotels but settled on the Navarra. Totally glad we did, as it was wonderful! We were in what was known as the Honeymoon wing, which was separate from the main building. It had been freshly renovated and the room and the bathroom were great. Excellent location 2 minutes walk from the bell-tower. Breakfast was good, but mainly cold continental style, the cooked food they did have was delicious though and the service was amazing. The piano bar was lovely and friendly for a drink. The pool and sauna were a lovely touch and great it was open for such long hours. Ultimately we loved Bruges, and we loved the hotel Navarra. Would highly recommend.

The bad: - Stayed here with my fiancee for a night and was therefore not pleased with two single beds and blankets. -Linen and towels felt very cheap -Jazz bar is lit up like a hospital --> please visit a jazz bar and take notes. The good : - The location is fantastic - On site parking - Lovely and attentive people working there - Decent price

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. I doubted on giving the hotel 3 or 4 stars for this review, as our first night in the hotel was the worst. The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes by foot from the central market square on a fairly busy street. We were put in a room (092) at street level directly near this street. Since it was winter, the airco was not working which gave us 2 options: Window open -> impossible to sleep because of the noise of the street or window closed -> almost instant headache because of no ventilation at all. We complained the next morning and were immediately offered another room (123) on the first floor further away from the street. The staff moved our luggage during the day and we fully enjoyed our stay (and sleep!) the next 2 nights. All the staff we spoke too were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent, the hotel bar small but nice and the swimming pool was a nice extra as well.
