This is the worst hotel we have been smells really bad

The room smell mold and in fact can found on some furnitures surface, water from the faucet has strange smell that I can't use it to brush my tooth. Told the stuff TV remote not working but have not been taking care for the while 3 days I stay. I would look for different hotel next time I visit the area.

The location off the access road made it easy to locate. Staff on check in and out were both very helpful, courteous, nice and very informative on what was going on in Brownsville at the time which was Charro Days. Being off the freeway we expected to have a noisy room but so not the case. Quiet, beds were comfortable and a relaxing stay was had. For the price we would absolutely recommend a stay here, also a good mexican diner in lobby; hence no free breakfast but inexpensive menu.

I'm very happy with the service at Days Inn, good personel

It was good had the pool n the middle liked that a lot, had a work out room which is good so if u do wrk out its there u don't have 2 leave and the restaurant was great but a lil pricey

Rooms and public areas were clean. Floor could use a wash in the bedroom. Beds were very nice & very clean. Bathrooms usual for 2 star hotel. Staff was very nice Out side area was also clean. Didn't use the pool so don't know about it. Would stay there again.

Everything was adequate. The kids enjoyed the pool though the water was a bit cool.

very nice, good service.

The hotel is very nice for the price I love were it is located everything is very near. The only thing that I didnt like about it was the housekeeping ladies walk into your room with out knocking invading your privacy I complained to the frontdesk and yet the lady still was walking in to my room with out knocking that was very diturbing....

excellent staff

We loved are stay and had lots of fun, but there is a few things that I didn't like about the stay, no onsite laundry, and the water would change to nothing but hot or nothing but cold when you would take a shower. The staff were wonderful, and I couldn't of ask for better room service my room was cleaned everyday and had new linens and towels and that I really like.

Previous reviews made this hotel sound horrible, but that was not our experience at all. The rooms were clean, the rates extremely reasonable, and had what was advertised and expected. We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to sleep. The staff was nice, we felt safe, and had absolutely NO problems with our reservation, rates, or check-in/out... We would definitely stay again.

i left in the middle of the night, there was no air conditioning, and the staff was very rude.

The manager was not at the desk when I checked in or checked out. I had to ring the bell for him. The young woman [...] was very friendly and helpful. The business center was just one slow computer next to the front desk. At other places I have stayed they have a room with more than one computer and high speed internet and flat screens. The excercise room was tooo small and HOT andthe remote for the T.V. I did like the BIG breakfast but could the orange juice be subsituted for milk without customer paying extra. Room was o.k.

SLEEP AND PLAY IN THE POOL. THE FREE MEAL TICKETS WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT UNTIL THE LAST DAY WE WERE THERE. COMPARED THE SAME TO OTHER TRIPS. GOOD.

The room was very comfortable with great co fortable mattress. We liked the service.

Good hotel, but free internet was NOT. Whether one got any type of wifi internet access depended on what side of the hotel one was staying. Other than that a good hotel.

while the location and price was good, we did not have a good experience with the staff. There was a group of about 40 teenagers who were also there the nights we were there and since out room was by the pool, they stayed in the pool until 1 am every night. the pool generally closes at 1030, but the staff let them stay as long as they wanted. We had to call the office and complain about the noise atleast four to five times a night, and the staff did not seem to care that we had bad nights. We even spoke to the Manager of the hotel and she did not say im sorry once. We will never again stay there.
