They lied about haveing breakfast. The day staff was ok but the owner was rude and careless. We where told the hot tub worked but it didn't. The app gave one price and the hotel asked for a different price. Just wasn't happy with the experience. If your going to run a business where you deal with guests then learn some customer service skills. The man in the morning and his wife were just realy unpleasant
Location good property had no pride just a front ,had ashtrays emptied outside and no one picked it up ,staff problems ,either invest in upkeep or confirm it.
Filthy...extreme bad odor...spiders...small bugs...no working tv...no bath soap...rough towels...hard mattress....blankets had bad odor...i am so upset with orbitz for placing me here after they over booked my original hotel and got me into a horrible bind

Mistakenly booked a "Smoking" room which cost $10 to get a no-smoking room so bound by a nonrefundable booking we had no option but to pay the extortion fee to not have to breath second hand smoke. The good news was that after we used the restroom and sat for a minute assessing the room we decided that we didn't want to sleep in that dump. When we stopped to return the key the desk agent said that theybwould refund the nonsmoker fee.
they stole my car key. stole out of my car. tore down the bottom of my vehicle so it dragged when I drove. they screamed at me.
The maintenance man and the husky maid stole my CAR KEY.
The maids never cleaned my room. The pick-up-truck drivers took fire fox browser off my cell phone. They opened Google because you can't erase its memory. And the pick-up-truck drivers watched me the entire time. I could hear them talking about me from there room. They get one room and different drivers stay in the one room.

Receptionist at front desk told us not to go pass a block on the right after 9pm. There was a 3 inch opening between the door frame and the lock on the door. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Friendly front desk staff. I was there for 2 nights. The people hanging out around the outside all night was not comforting. I was there for 2 nights....when I left the first morning and came back the only thing different about my room was the 2 towels that were replaced. The bed wasn't made and the trash was still there. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable. That's about it.
the location was great, surrounded by several restaurants to choose from. the staff was helpful, the price was good..we got what we paid for. i would stay there again.
