Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Room was on the small side. Menu items were reasonably priced but, breakfast buffet was over priced.

Expensive for quality of hotel. It wasn't bad, just dated. Only decaf coffee in room (I need my caffeine)...

The room I had did not actually have a window into fresh air but rather window into an indoor corridor. No minibar or fridge in the room either.

Great location for our stay. Terrible room conditions. Old. Smelled musty. Libby nice

Great hotel - right at train. The only negative thing I can say is be aware that the breakfast may not be included in your room.

Nice hotel for the price. Quiet and cozy. The staff was nice and the food was good.

nice hotel, wish they had free breakfast option though.

Stayed one night close to the T at St Paul St. Inside rooms around pool area have windows the face inside towards pool. Request a room on the ends or on the exterior of the hotel . Room was functional standard Holiday Inn, only down side our room had no refrigerator. Our room was on the far back corner so no inside window. Area around hotel was nice we even walked back from Fenway after event around 1130 pm because the line for the T was backed up into the street.

Had a blast on this business trip - hotel is right on the rail line, so super easy to get into Boston for business. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, night life so plenty of things to do. Recommend for business, family, or pleasure trip

The carpet in the hotel smells a little bit moldy and seems quite dirty, probably due to the humid climate in the area, but that's the cheapest hotel around that area.

Nice, but parking was very expensive and no overnight street parking. In a very nice neighborhood

Hotel was very clean and the room was spotless. Front desk employee( Hector) was very friendly and helpful in helping me get to my destinations. Overall rating of this hotel and its staff is excellent

used to live in the area and know very much. recommend friends to stay at the place if they will stay here Brookline/MA for a week because of its location and hospitality : )

We stayed here when in town to see a game at Fenway park. We were able to walk only about a mile to stadium. Great staff, clean and comfortable room, would recommend this hotel.

Went to Boston for a Cubs-Red Sox game and had a wonderful experience there. Close enough to walk to and from Fenway. Really nice staff.

most for the buck. location was perfect for the price.

Found this hotel on the fly when another reservation went bad. Worked out great.

great stay for the money we paid. Close to fenway and restaraunts. Staff was awesome, we were able to change rooms after we got there with no problem.

Lobby and restaurant are very nice. Rooms are a little tired, possibly time for a remodel. Other than the initial look, the beds were very comfortable! Staff was very helpful and even stored our bags after checkout untl it was closer to our departure time. This allowed us to explore Boston a little more without dragging luggage with us!

Self explanatory. We had to move our visiting colleagues to another area hotel in order to get them agree to stay here in Boston. When we asked for a refund the answer was flat out "no".
