It was great to have a large refrigerator/freezer. As well as kitchen sink, stove and a small table. Pretty spacious room, very clean.

Sink in the kitchen would not drain from the beginning; but otherwise the kitchen was clean, the whole room was clean, good job to whoever keeps the rooms clean.
First time stay in a "My Place" and probably last. I don't get it, a kitchen is cool--but no plates, nothing to cook with, eat with, drink with--seems weird, even stupid. Clean the room every 4 days? Sorry, this doesn't cut it--either it's a hotel or it isn't...and this one isn't. Spend another 10/night and get a real place to say.

It was refreshing to have a nice clean room and the staff was terrific, especially Ranee. She was very accommodating and had answers to all of our questions.
I travel to Brookings often for business and bring my dog. This is by far the best hotel for long term stays. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room were clean and spacious. Will defiantly stay here again!
I stay in a fair number of 3 and 4 star hotels and this was by far the best value I have ever had. It was clean, quiet, friendly and very well appointed as an extended stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for extended stay, if you are in Brookings, South Dakota. It is convenient to the Interstate and the South Dakota State University campus. My wife and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
No internet during the entire stay. I booked two rooms. One of the rooms was not cleaned and set up. The other had a funky smell.
