The motel was overbooked, and by the time we got there is was 9 p.m. and the only room that they had was an accessible room with a small double bed, rather than the king I had booked. But the gal at the desk was super wonderful.

The beautiful lady that checked me in is fine. She be very professional in all. I like to meet her outside of her wok . Let’s get the hook up baby girl be my Queen. The hotel always great 👍

The fine lady I hope she will all be my Queen . She is fine and can handle the roody bikers that came in. Whew they were out of control.

Positive: Convenient location. Negative: Day front desk lady did not seem to be happy in the four days I was there. The facility is old, run down. But mostly, it is the lack of TV reception, especially local channels that will see me going to another hotel in August. I stayed here twice that's enough to know it has to be better.

Not enough plug ins next to the bed. The alarm clock was unplugged, probably so the previous guest could plug in their phone charger. They make these lamps, you know most hotels have them...they have a plug in at the base. Anyway, The TV had an incorrect time displayed on it and a guest cannot change it. I came from a different time zone and it caused me some confusion every time I looked at it. The towel bar was one of the cheapest ones you can by at home depot. Three large nice towels jammed over it so it was coming out of the wall. In a hotel you cannot afford to install this kind of cheap sh#*. You will be repairing it constantly and not really saving any money. The walls are so thin i could actually hear a neighbor breathing while they slept. Not snoring mind you, just breathing loudly. Place needs a general update. The shower curtain had some staining..room 110. Front desk staff were pleasant and that was nice.

You get what you pay for, we were getting in at midnight and leaving at 6am again so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. The beds are full beds so it was tight to fit two people in them. The rooms were OK, dirty but livable. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout the stay.

This hotel is priced right and works OK, but with the brand new mall properties going up next door the building comes off looking pretty substandard. The parking lot is in terrible shape, the overpass over the front door was hit by a truck and damaged and no repairs had been made. The building is outdated. I wouldn't say this property puts LaQ in the best light. I think they should bulldoze this property and build a new hotel there.

Very nice place to stay . Clean and quite room. Very close to shopping and eating areas .

Very nice and clean hotel. Location is great fir easy access to shopping and to eating selections.

The rugs are soiled/stained. The bathroom tile floor was soiled in front of the toilet. The shower stall had a rusting hairclip in it. Linens, coffee supplies not replaced when used. I would not stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Check in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was very good and filling . Check was fast and efficient.

My shower didn’t turn on. At all tried turning he knob and nothing. I didn’t find out until the following morning when I was ready to shower. Called front desk No One answered. I complained at the front desk and didn’t even get a sorry.

my girlfriend checked into hotel and found large clump at end of bed under sheets. she found a pair of filthy socks there, meaning the sheets were never changed!! she went to desk to get a new room or get sheets changed. there were no rooms and NO ONE there who could change sheets. my girlfriend said she would do it but front desk had no idea where sheets were or if she could get access. My gf checked out of hotel even though there were literally no other rooms in all of Milwaukee because of summerfest. She had to drive back home to Chicago area in pouring rain for 2 1/2 hours. Front desk said they would have Manager call gf next day to find out about situation, no one has called in past week!. it took me 45 minutes with Orbitz and Orbitz talking with hotel staff to get my refund back. This should have taken two minutes but hotel was fighting the refund!!! would never go back to this hotel again

Marina at the front desk was amazing. She remembered me from when I called to let her know that I’ll be checking in late (or early) at 3am. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the basic necessities. The biggest complaint from other reviewers is the condition of the hotel and they’re right it’s NOT the latest and greatest. However it wasn’t horrible and dilapidated either. It was cozy, warm had a friendly staff and was exactly what I needed for a work trip where I just needed somewhere to sleep that serves breakfast.

My room smelled like pee and the a.c. didn't even make the room cold.

The hotel ok. We were there to be a vendor in the dog show and it was everything we needed.

Convenient location to the ball park, downtown & good local food

Room smelled like an ashtray. Was told it was non smoking but stunk of smoke. No milk for breakfast, no coffee, no one to replenish the breakfast bar.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not greeted by the front desk worker. We were greeted by a sign that said that the worker was away from the desk, however, she was off to the side on her phone. After rudely greeting us, she took my information. I asked her for a late check out and she said it would be fine. I asked if she'd put it in the system so we wouldn't have any issues the next morning, and she said she did. We later found out she had not done this. We had to come down in the morning to work with that front desk worker (who was only slightly kinder). After entering our room, it appeared relatively clean although it had a strong cologne smell. When I went in the bathroom, there was a large amount of dust collected on the light on the ceiling. Once I sat on the bed, I discovered it was broken. The base of the bed was busted so when you sat or laid on one said, it tipped down and rocked. After dealing with the front desk woman upon our arrival, I decided I just didn't want to mess around with asking for a new room. This just wasn't a very good experience and not one I'd recommend.
