Very old, needs updating, beds uncomfortable, sheets were nit chaged in my opinion. The inside not as good as the outside looks. Never again

King bed and pillows were good quality. We forgot our personal pillows but we're very happy to find that the one provided were very nice. We stayed one night. Kitchen appeared dated but we didn't use it.
Dirty, smelly, disgusting. Fire alarm at 5:00 am. Carpet in the hallway not vacuumed. Towels smelled like not washed

Kitchen was cool....1st room bed wasnt made but ok switch rooms. The sink clogged then of saturday the night it snowed the heater went out
Disgusting, dirty, smelly, outdated, poor quality of everything especially bedding which was thin and uncomfortable and made of some kind of waterproof polyester. Stains all over the place. Fluorescent lights and cheap finishes everywhere made it look like a bad college dorm. Smelly in hallways, elevator had greasy handprints everywhere. Shower made a screeching sound. Very few amenities- I asked if there was coffee, which is standard in a hotel room, and they gave me a coffee maker to bring up into the room. So I had to take 2 trips to bring my luggage up and then go get the coffee. The water out of the faucet was disgusting- tasted metallic and chlorinated. The staff was friendly, but that’s the only positive thing.
Staff was rude when I added another nite. Girl name Christie was very adamant not to help. She moved us to another room, she could not find my original 2day confirmation. I asked for lower level in my original hotel confirmation. She put us on the second, and then the third floor. Also staff name Rae was not helpful, did not give us WiFi sign in. Nor asked us if we needed cookware. They never did put out th muffins. Should not advertise breakfast if we only got horrible granola bars. Room was ok. Not recommdable.
The bathroom was backed up from when I had my uncle stay there and they told him that he has to fix it himself, and told him they have a plunger. Then there breakfast was granola bars that’s it. Finally told my uncle that to clean his room it’s a $5 charge. If this is what they are all about it should of been more details on Orbitz site. Worst experience ever
Right when I walked into the room, a wave of the smell of the room hit me. It smelled like dirty hair. Very strange. The room’s design is nice but the cleaning crew really got lazy on this one. The microwave buttons had food on them and there was hair in the dirty tub and on the bathroom counter, as well as in the toilet bowl. It was not very comfortable for these reasons but you get what you pay for! I probably wouldn’t return because I know that there are cleaner places out there. (I didn’t get a chance to talk to staff about any of this because I was on a very tight schedule)
Very poor service, not handicap friendly, and very poor amenities!! Very disappointed for the price.
If you enjoy choking on the noxious fumes of Indian Cuisine being cooked, to the point of decimating the hallway of an entire floor, this place may just be for you.
We stayed 4 days and it was a nice hotel, clean outer areas, but the room could have been a little more clean. The floors hadn't been cleaned very well and toilet looked like it hadn't been clean at all. Asked about room being cleaned daily and was told it's $10 for a stay less than 7 days. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice place and will stay again, they just need to work on a few things.
