Me and the family stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to west midlands safari park. The location is very good and staff are very friendly. It was a little loud in the nights making it hard to sleep but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is fairly old and warn but value for money is still good

The hotel has taken the payment from my account before I have arrived at the hotel where the payment should’ve paid on arival at the hotel as agreed? I also was going to pay by a different method. No lifts on the hotel, we had a room on the second floor. It’s old fashion hotel and not nice park and not easy doors and locks. The Bath is very small

Overall a very nice stay in a comfortable room and friendly staff but the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied after our first night and we had no biscuits after the first night of a two night stay. The Swan pub next door was excellent for everything but it is not on the hotels list of where to eat.
