Spanning over 6,700 square feet and sitting on 1.3 private acres, this custom-built retreat is perfect for large groups, family gatherings, celebrations, or peaceful getaways.

Step outside to your private pickleball court, play a round of mini golf under the trees, enjoy outdoor bowling, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars. Inside, enjoy a spacious game room with pool, foosball, and arcade games, plus cozy seating areas throughout.

Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, and hair dryers. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods is also included.

Guests use all amenities at their own risk.

A fire extinguisher is located beneath the kitchen sink.
1. You must be at least 25 years old to book. The person booking the trip must stay at the property throughout the reservation dates.
2. No smoking, drugs, or vaping inside the cabin or decks.
3. No parties and no fireworks.
4. Max occupancy is 31 registered guests at all times during the stay to comply with fire and septic codes. All guests staying at the property MUST be registered. Only the registered guests confirmed during the booking period are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without approval.
5. Please supervise children in the hot tub at all times. Please do not stand or jump on the hot tub cover.
6. 2 dogs are allowed upon management's approval and $150 pet fee.
7. Must review and sign Cozy Mountain Rental Agreement. A security deposit hold of $500 may be required. We may authorize your CC 2 days before arrival for a hold and release it up to three days after departure.
