Refrigerator in room didn’t work and had mold in it, the heat and air wouldn’t control with the thermostat and one of the two days we stayed, we didn’t have any hot water to shower with.
The front desk employee was nice and welcoming.
We had no hot water. Let shower run for prob 10 minutes thinking it would eventually come to temp but no go. Faucet wouldnt get hot either. Told front desk, response was "we'll check it". Other than that, facility was decent and room was clean.

The toilet was not properly bolted to the floor so every usage was an adventure.
