Great rate, great location, great room and great staff!!!!!

The room was bought on-line via Orbitz as a non-smoking room. Upon check in, it had a very strong smoker's odor that did not improve over our 3 night stay.

Pro was Helpful staff, reasonable room. Con was wifi not working

The Hotel Staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Parking lot closed off, wifi not working, no microwave/fridge, shower only, and the unbelievable work excuse for a "breakfast". Loud and crowded-

The facility was dirty made the experience feel uncomfortable

Breakfast was very disappointing. White milk was curdled and sour. Fruit selection was only oranges. Like other Days Inn we stayed, there was no fridge or microwave. Room was very narrow. Bathroom was very clean. We may stay there again, if it is easier to find off of rt. 81

The motel is an old motel somewhat updated. The room was small. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom when I arrived. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. (There was only one hand towel and one face cloth in the bathroom). When I went to the desk to secure towels I had to wait 20 minutes for the desk person to return from taking care of another problem. The 3.5 rating is a lie.

The one positive is that all the staff were extremely pleasant. The room was dirty and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. The key making system was down our entire stay so maintenance had to let us in our room every time we returned to hotel.

Fine for a roadside stopoff. It was far enough off the interstate that we weren't kept awake by trucks, and the breakfast was pretty good.

Had an incredible time at Days Inn Bristol Virginia. Entire staff made us feel welcome. Wish we knew everyone's name that we met but special kudos to Kim, Joey, Alicia, and Alan for their help and hospitality. We will be back! Mary & Steve

It could've been better. Room was small and uncomfortable. The beds were itchy and uncomfortable

The staffs were friendly and very much helpful to make our stay comfort. Hot breakfast and great place to stay.

The check-in went fine. This was a business trip. Unpacked the car. Early evening I could not get an Internet connection. I picked up the phone to call front desk only to find the phone would not work. I walked to front desk and I was told that the Phones and Internet were out and had been for a couple days prior to me checking in!!.Why was I not told. I had business to conduct as well as needing phone service in the room. Caused me huge inconvienence. I had visit to another nearby Hotel and they were gracious enough to let me use their Internet in the lobby each day. To make a long story short...my Motel Phone/Internet service was still out when I checked out 3 days later! Also, had a couple roaches in the room. The Desk Staff were polite and apologetic as this was not their fault.....but I do fault the ownership. I trust that my booking company could compensate me in some way for this major inconvenience. Not a good Business trip experience. I hope to hear back from my booking company that I used to book the Motel.

We took a family trip to Bristol, VA to visit family. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but would have liked if the hotel offered an indoor pool, as many hotels withing Bristol do not. The hotel was fairly clean. We were only at the hotel just to sleep. The variety of continental breakfast was slim, but good for a quick and easy meal. We would definitely consider staying there again.

I understand they are not use to snow and maybe there are no private snow plows around but they could have at least shoved the sidewalks. Had to find the smallest drift to get to the first room. When I opened the door the bed had no sheets. It was 0 degrees outside I had to drudge through the U shoved snow to get another room.

Overall hotel is good, room and beds were comfortable, although wish they had bigger beds. Fast checking, breakfast not too bad. the problem with our room was the AC unit, usually I keep it around 70-72 degrees in the room. This particular one was set on 90 and it was still cold in the room, finally around 5am it got too hot and I turned it off.

While the staff were great, the cleanliness of hotel was below par, especially for traveling families with children. I am not sure it was worth saving money. We had a nat in our room, some mildew around the tub faucets, and the floors were not properly vacuum.

Nice motel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great for a one night stay while driving.

The hotel staff minus the General Manager and his wife were very pleasant and helpful. A mistake was made by the hotel and the manager wouldn't accept resposibility for the mistake and made it very unpleasant for us. He would not honor the confirmation receipt that you folks sent until after I had one of your representatives on the phone to confirm my reservations. We as well as 6 other friends who stayed there will never book this place again. IT WAS AWFUL! He needs training!!!!!!
