"4 Billa Street" is just a very short distance away from the Straddie Hotel and an easy walk to Beaches, Cafes, shops and public transport.
The beach view is spectacular from the ground floor living area, patio and upstairs master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 singles. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the lounge and the 2 single beds share the laundry. The queen bedroom downstairs has air conditioning.
FEATURES of the house are: water and beach views, close proximity to shops, beaches and cafes, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, clothes dryer, NBN, 65" smart TV, outdoor furniture and BBQ.
